Possibly the worst customer experience I had at a bank. The branch manager here (the older lady with the glasses) has a horrible attitude. When I asked if I can get online banking access without a debit card, she kept questioning why I needed it, and kept trying to invalidate my needs. Supposedly was "trying to help by knowing why I needed it", but that was totally irrelevant as to whether it was possible or not. They need to better train their staff here because that is NOT the way you're supposed to talk to your customers. Left a really bad taste and will probably move all my remaining accounts out of BMO thanks to her.

Deposited a bank draft and the CSR said she will release the fund after verifying with the other bank (where the bank draft was issued). However I checked with the other bank and they said they received a verification request and sent the response back right away. BUT my fund still on hold. Very frustrating.

Avoid this branch if possible!!!!!! I’ve been here five times, always took them forever to help client. Teller refuse to help at all. They are trying their best to keep you waiting and give you a hard time!

It's the slowest location I've ever seen. Absolutely careless staff. Tried it three times but understand that all of them just not in the mood to provide a service they are paying for. It's always a long line. And always just two operators. Unprofessional staff and absolutely horrible service. Avoid it.

I have never had a good experience with BMO and this branch has made it worse! I even considered closing my account and most probably will do it asap! I had two appointments recently with an advisor called Foroogh and I never felt warmed by the advisor! She was not friendly and nice and just wanted to finish the appointment as soon as possible! During the second appointment, she said you’d better call me instead of coming to the office as she thought my issue was not important!! I have had great experiences with RBC and CIBC in the past but with BMO, it was more than frustrating! During the account opening session, I was not guided appropriately and my options were not described properly! Never use this branch and this bank as each time you will face a new problem!! So disappointing!! Even during the account opening session, there were issues with their system and the card could not be activated!! I had to make lots of calls just to activate the card! NEVER use this branch!

Don’t come here! We were here the other day. There was this old woman with glasses trying so hard to promote stuff that we weren’t interested... We refused several times but she kept talking about it and finally she said I don’t understand why you don’t want it... I’ve never seen a teller like this! I don’t know how much commission she gets but she was very annoying and wasting our time... We’ll definitely switch to other banks where tellers would SHUT UP when customers aren’t interested in your stupid products!

Some of the reviews are unfairly harsh and not representative at all, in my opinion. If you’re uninterested in something, just tell them, and they’ll get it. And I want to specifically give a shoutout to a Korean lady with glasses. She’s very caring and compassionate, and knowledgeable at the same time that it’s no wonder every other client passing by the branch would stop by to say hello to her. She helped me with my request very efficiently, and also provided an explanation, which I found very helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I used this branch twice and apparently they profile people because it is the only branch that claims ID check for valid BMO customer is their policy. Their "manager" professionalism is limited to her script without providing any document ID CHECK is a must to all customers who withraw below 1000 because they want a large bill.
