★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to CIBC today, and I was met with one of their hard working FSRs, I believe her name was MANA. Despite the fact that I had an hour of annoying questions she was kind enough to sit through and help me out with each one of them. She managed to provide me with many many helpful data regarding investments and how I should work with my Savings and checking account. She is the best bank worker I have ever seem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH or any CIBC branch. People who works here just don't care about the customer. They really don't care. They just sit and wait to go home. I went to the branch to ask how long will it take to open a new account with CIBC and said an hour. Clearly they don't any new customer. I'm happy with my RBC private bank so I just walked away.

Even though I made an appointment, the selected banker didn't take care about me.
He gave to my appointment other staff, he also was bad customer services. He seemed like everything bother to him. There workers don't care new customer.

Since the first day i stepped into this branch, its been one positive experience to another. He helped with my Mortgage and investment and I’m so happy. CIBC is great and their staff are also amazing.
