I was asking for help on how to buy tickets and he did not clarify my questions..he started to yell through the microphone.. this is not how you treat people!! 29th,sep@1215

S	Shia Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was a really bad day at this station. I paid twice for the bus and subway, because the ticket worker asked me to pay twice at this station. She said the bus I took here is not the same line with the subway. I just wonder why because I never have such kind of experience. She said she doesn't want to listen to my question just want my pay again. I was rush to the working place and don't have time to find someone to complain about it. I paid twice with no choice. That made me super upset. I just wondering why they can get North America prize for such kind of bad service.

It’s been four months ~ and there is no “out of service” “ not working” sign out on elevator. Many travellers do not share any feedback . Finally she remembered that the other elevator would work ~ and was happy to save time in changing tracks. Thanks for reading~ maybe tag ttc_helps to get signposts for the elevators.
J	Jen Schlosser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just through here around 4pm today. The women's washroom was shockingly clean! From floor to ceiling. It actually has a very nice clean scent too! The lady that had just finished cleaning it was so friendly ??? Thank you
S	SREE HARSHA K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It a busy station and bit confusing.. lower. Level is for yellow line- finch - down town- union station. In order to get red line- Yonge Shepard to Don mills please go to upper level if you entering the subway station from the Yonge Shepard mall. This station has many out going underground tunnels. To reach different directions at Yonge - Shepard streets inter junction. One approach to access yellow and red lines are as follows around the hall mark center, If you want to quick access to red line - cross hall mark center walk towards Shepard Ave east and u can access the red line with out any confusion. For the yellow line. U can enter Yonge street, hall mark south west corner opp to tim Morton’s crossing whole foods, at the end of the building corner u can accesss the entrance of the subway to catch yellow line. But this station is very helpful to escape walking on ice. For boarding buses you can access diff stops across the intersection. One big bus station which is accessible is Shepard Ave -corner at the intersection McDonald’s back side. Attached the pics to access Yonge street or whole foods from sub way station.
T	TO CA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all the females, please look out for this young woman when you visit the bathroom. She came out of the stall and purposely set her handbags right next to another female at the sink countertop, and there is nobody around. When she was told that there's plenty of space down the other sinks, she rudely asked where is she supposed to place her handbags. When she walked out of the bathroom, she gave a dirty look. She was last seen today around 6:15pm by security, heading to the TTC station after her washroom break. She is just over 5 feet tall, brown eyes, long black hair, large round figure, Caucasian with pale skin. with beige shopping bag with colourful cartoon owl prints, along with a large square handbag/purse, wearing black boots, and dark winter parka with hooded fur. She doesn't respect people's space, only her and her handbags takes over people's counter space. Anyone sees her again, even in the washroom, call/report to mall security.
