I’ve been a member of the yonge La fitness for a few months now and my experience for the very start has been amazing. Diego from the membership department was the one to help me out and gave me the best possible deal! First month done working out in this location and I can say that I’m by far impressed by the cleanliness of the gym, staff are very helpful, and the overall vibe is just a great place to be at to workout. I never write reviews, so take this from me. Amazing place, I give it 5 stars.

Did a trial membership. Signed up for a year. Place is clean and staff are great. Momo, the assistant general manager, took alot of time with us to ensure we had a great experience and provided the best plan based on our needs with no hidden fees. I have been going gyms for 40 years and this is the first time i feel like i am not overpaying.

This gym is in a great location with great staff and customer service. My favourite staffs are Nousha and Diego both very nice and friendly. The gym is fresh and new with great equipment. Overall it is an immaculate gym and I 100 percent recommend it

I just got off the phone with this location and am completely blown away with their customer service. I work at a gym and was actually calling from my gym location on break looking to sign up at this location and was surprised with the rudest individual over the phone. I guess the caller ID was displayed when I called but I didn’t think that would even matter, besides the gyms being in competition but mind you I have nothing to do with that I’m just someone that works for a company looking to support another. The individual that answered the phone didn’t answer not even one of my questions and instead very rudely directed me to their website. He asked me where I was calling from and also asked if I was calling from the gym that I worked at which I was. In the moment I got nervous and replied no but later realized there was no reason to be nervous as I was doing nothing wrong, I was hung up on for no reason other than that I was calling from my work phone. I find that extremely ridiculous as if I was given the opportunity to explain the situation would not need to be escalated. I believe that individual needs some serious training because I would never have answered my work phone in that matter nonetheless in that tone or attitude. Completely uncalled for. Only reason I am giving two stars is because I do know the gym to be clean and well kept, I also called back and conversed with another individual who apologized for his fellow coworkers actions and assisted me very kindly. I apologize for the rating but I hope those reading understand why, & thank you to the man who answered the phone. You were extremely kind and helpful!

I absolutely love this gym. Clean and well organized. People mind their own business but are friendly enough to help you out if you ask them nicely. Kudos to Omid for keeping the place top-notched! The young lady at reception is very sweet and always smiling. Member since Feb 2022 (over a month now) I will update my review and add pictures over 6months mark.

sadly, today i didn't have a very pleasant experience in the pool. first of all, it was very green. no sign mentioning it was under maintenance either it wasn't explicitly closed. on top of that, there was a gang of guys calmly gathering in the pool, vaping, taking a lot of space, obviously very uncomfortable for the other people who were swimming there.i hope you can improve this soon, and then I will give you 5 starts review.
