Spoke to a manager over the phone, who hung up on me when I requested a proper explanation for a specific situation she clearly did NOT have the answers to. Do not bank with Meridian if what you want to be treated like a human being. I repeat - Bank elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get my wife on a joint account with me has been a painful process.
They are extremely forgetful and do not have proper attention to detail.
We had to go back to the branch for missed signature on a document that the rep forgot to show us.
He said he would call the next day, it’s been about a week and a half.
Every time they say they will call back, they forget.
Meridian is great, I’ve been with them for over 10 years but stay clear of this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! really unprofessional representatives! I was taken care of by Drena which gave me lots of wrong information and kept telling me to call the customer service when im at the brunch alredy. And after an hour she finally did what I askes after the customer service told her what she needs to do. This made me stay at the brunch for more than an hour for a the stupidest thing.
Probably she just wasn't feeling it and rushing home
