 It's a comfortable place with all the staff making you feel like a family.
About 10 years ago, I don't know the name, long hair, glasses, slender physique, and a female staff member. There was a spot in the jade where arrogance and cheeky piercing the sky, but I'm glad to go to another place.

β β β β β Terrible customer service at this North York branch. I was turned down by the manager lady wiring money to Korea because I don't have account with them. Another Korea Exchange bank Thornhill Branch had no problem servicing my need by creating my savings account. Same Korea Exchange bank but different service and results at different branch. Overall brand image for Korea Exchange bank was cheapened by this experience.

β β β β β Granted there's not much reason to use this particular bank (Hana Bank Canada) unless you're from elsewhere and not Canada, I have a KEB Hana Bank account from abroad and they helped facilitate my banking needs relatively seamlessly between the two banks in two different countries. Their 1Q Banking app is pretty good though they don't have many benefits to opening an account with them otherwise for me personally. The first teller I talked to helped me a great deal (seemed like the branch manager maybe). The next teller I talked to a few days later wasn't that great. Overall, I'm still satisfied with this bank and I think it's a decent branch. Have had worse experiences with other Canadian banks tbh.
