Yonge Sheppard Centre

On March 23rd approximately 5 PM we bought an Italian BMT sub sandwich on white bread from the Yonge and Sheppard Mall Subway and my partner brought it home to me - about a 15 minute trip. It wasn't toasted just plain bread. When I held it it felt very stale and so it was when I bit into it. I phoned the store and complained to a male worker. I had trouble communicating with him as he couldn't speak very clear English but we were patient with him to explain our issue. He was very unsympathetic and made me feel like it was my fault that we didn't notice it at the store. but I explained my partner picked it up for me and brought it home why would she check it before bringing it home as it was all wrapped up. The guy offered no recourse to the complaint. I then proceeded to send a complaint to Subway Customer Care and this is what they said: FROM: "Dear brian rogers, I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience. At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service. Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Gaurang Shah " What a line of b.s. WHAT WE WANT: We are regular Subway Customers but won't go back to your location if we don't get a satisfactory resolution. We would like to have a replacement Sub sandwich or replacement value for the one that that poor quality sub roll and I don't think that's unreasonable to ask for especially since the bun is such an integral part of the sub. The outcome will definitely impact how we use the food court at Yonge/Sheppard Mall. We ask that the mall speak with them to remind them that customers come first in your Mall and that's how everyone succeeds. After emailing Customer Service at Yonge Sheppard Centre (YSC) - not Subway - the Mall sent us a $25 gift Card for the mall. What a kind thing to do - so I'm giving them 5 stars for stepping up whereas Subway fell down. Word to the wise - check your goods before leaving subway YSC and even before paying if possible.

Modern and well designed centre in the GTA area. This place has many of your common stores (Winners, shoppers drugmart, Tim Hortons etc) If you want to buy any clothing, electronics etc, this is the place to go.

May 2021 a nice modern shopping mall located just North of Toronto. This busy area is popular with the young crowds. With lots of shops, retail, restaurants and services in the area, this mall complements it well. Connected to the subway, this mall has all the necessary retail indoors. Groceries by Longos, a pharmacy by Shoppers Drug Mart and other shops along with banks within the mall make this a good stop to visit.

Became very disappointing place. I grew up in this area over 10 years. It was nice with new gym taking over the cineplex area. But now it’s very very sad . Need to spend 20 and over for only for 20 min parking?? But what’s the point for having cafeteria for Longos then? Giving so much hard time when LA fitness card validation is broken … like stuck in the ramp for good 15-20min.. I don’t recommend this centre for their Parkinglot being such a pain which also comes with EXTRA fragrance of CIGARETTES!!

To all the females, please look out for this young woman when you visit the bathroom. She came out of the stall and purposely set her handbags right next to another female at the sink countertop, and there is nobody around. When she was told that there's plenty of space down the other sinks, she rudely asked where is she supposed to place her handbags. When she walked out of the bathroom, she gave a dirty look. She doesn't respect people's space, only her and her handbags takes over the space. She was reported by security. She is just over 5 feet tall, brown eyes, long black hair, large round figure, Caucasian with pale skin. Last seen today around 6:15pm with beige shopping bag with colourful cartoon owl prints, along with a large square handbag/purse, wearing black boots, and dark winter parka with hooded fur. If anyone sees her again, even in the washroom, call/report to mall security.

I always use the facilities of this property and everything has always been great, but lately the employees who work to clean the restroom have been rude to people that I have not seen in this mall and any other mall like this ,during these years. I hope the management department has more supervision. In such a way that people who come out of the restroom are prevented from leaving!! and return them !!to the place where they were to draw the siphon and frown over their heads!! And they can not go until they do what they are told? The client may be waiting for it to flash automatically ? I have never seen such behavior!

A very convenient shopping center. Has something for everyone. From groceries, coffee shops, clothing and and a gym, everything is located "under one roof". There's also a food court with a good selection of vendors to choose from.The subway is accessible from the center as well

Very impressed Yonge & Sheppard Centre provide a Covid 19 Mobile Immunization Clinic. My daughter got the second dose done this afternoon. Efficient and effective. Staff are very friendly & nice! Great job!
