β β β β β A mall that is mostly individual random tiny retail boxes - usually lawyer/real estate offices, the odd antique/jewelry dealer, and of course the random hairdresser/beauty salon. It's not really a mall, it's like a market. I suppose it's useful for the residents who live above due to the high variety of stores, but they are mostly.individual tiny mom and pop stores with high turnover. And now in COVID times, the alleyways are quieter than ever.

The supermarket at the basement is the only real thing that draws in traffic as it has awesome variety in a big comfortable space, but that's really it.

β β β β β Itβs a nice shopping mall to go to if you are looking for a mall with a lot of different stores. Anyways it is very modern and nice on both the inside and outside as well as if being very clean.

β β β β β More shops were open compared to last time I was there but there were still having quite a few for sale and for rent or empty units.
A few people were in the food court (located on the second floor) and the supermarket (located in the basement). Otherwise, this place would have been a gost town. It's a shame because this mall looks nice and is at a convenience location. Having said that, you can hardly find any parking spots (almost impossible to get one on the ground level where some shops are facing & there are lots of spots underground if you would pay for parkings).

β β β β β A brief visit just before closing to pick up the online order. It was ready and waiting for me, and it worked like a fine tuned Swiss watch - I was in and out literally in 3mins. Can't comment on any other aspect of the store, but this part of the experience was terrific.
On the side note, I phoned in while I was driving to the store to verify the location and to advise them I might be a touch late. They said that the door would be locked after hours, but to just knock and they'd service me anyway. ??? Way to go, guys!

β β β β β Good choice of shops and places to eat in Food court. My favorite is Seasons Supermarket. Especially for their meat section!!! Great choice of cuts of reasonable pricing, and most importantly, quite good quality! Definitely recommend
