β β β β β How should I understand the teller's behavior when he points out what is wrong with the customer?
I think good service is always understand and work from the customer's point of view.
For reference, I visited this afternoon and she is at the far right of the teller.
I sincerely cheer for TD bank and hope she will be a good and professional bank officer.

β β β β β I would have give them negative stars if I can. My experience here happen in the morning around 830AM... Slowest service of my life. I was the next person in line, trying to get change waited in line for 10 minutes there were only 2 tellers. After 1 of them was done she was just taking her time... Seems like she refused to serve me for some reasons. And the other line was apparently business service but I was supposed to be in line first there was also another lady behind me and the person that came 3rd...guess what?? They got service before me??! What's the point of lining up when they get the priority before I was the next in line. Save yourself troubles. Go to another TD bank where they actually will get you better services. What's the point of building a newer TD bank when your customers service is getting worst?

β β β β β Set up an investing account which went smoothly and efficiently. Then I receive an email saying thereβs an issue and I need to contact them.
I contact the initial agent from the branch that set up the account and I was directed to contact the 1800 number.
Iβve been on hold for 2 hrs with no end in sight.
Itβs pretty standard practice... when they want your money theyβre quick to act. However as soon as thereβs an issue thereβs no help to be found anywhere.
Pathetic!

β β β β β Worse TD Branch I have ever seen.
This branch is located in a crowded neighborhood, yet always underutilized. At first I got excited to skip the long line in other branches, but soon I realized why it's not a popular destinations.
The worse person to deal with in this branch is the manager (the guy). He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I never seen anyone talk to a customer like that. Tone of speech just like angry, with a "I'm right" attitude.
I live in walking distance to this branch but always end up going to the branch in Markham to get things done. The markham branch is actually crowded, have to line up outside to get in one-by-one but still worth it. Because they get the job done quickly and efficiently.

β β β β β The branch manager was not communicative on resolving customer service issue. I ended up speaking to a teller, who then relayed the issue to the branch manager. Waited for nearly 30 minutes on a comment/resolution in the waiting area.
Upon going back to the teller desk, I was then told it was taken care of.
Be considerate of other people's times.

β β β β β watch out with this one teller here, she is rude and incapable of helping customer to solve your card's issue. She called internal and suggest me to call those number from the back of card and fix the card issue myself. The branch wasn't even busy during that time.

β β β β β Worst experience at TD. Received an email to set an appointment for Feb 4, 2022. Never heard back from John Li even after I sent an email requesting a follow up and a follow up call. Just "no call no show". Went to another TD branch at Yonge and Finch , had great experience there. What a difference between 2 branches.
