★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Recruiting in Motion was wonderful. They are unlike other recruiters in every way. From the start when you call as an employer someone picked up the phone. They really listened to our needs and the candidates they sent were appropriate . The video is what really sets them a part! Such a wonderful way to meet the candidates prior to bringing them in. We had three or four candidates sent over the first pass. We hired one of them. Since we have brought her on as a permenant employee!
We will use them again for sure and I highly recommend Recruitng in Motion.

The staff we’ve hired has been top-notch and we’ve gone back to the same hire again for a further project.
Post recruitment has been solid as well with prompt delivery of invoices and a terrific and easy online approval system.
Would (and will) definitely do business with Recruiting In Motion again.

The recruiter thoroughly explained their recruiting process and provided me insight into the market place for the type of role I was looking for. I went on a number of interviews through this agency and was provided timely feedback after my interviews. I would highly recommend this agency, they are professional and treat you with respect.

Not only because I've hired to a dream job but also the whole process rolled wholly and smoothly organised. Every step of the hiring process was transparent, and the recruiter demonstrated engagement, motivation, and sincere feedback. During a specific phase of the process, the Account Manager stepped an offered invaluable advice to perform well during the interview. For me it's clear that RIM doesn't deal with candidates as a mere number, they care about candidates needs and advise what is appropriate for them to succeed. I would recommend RIM to all of my friends in the job market.

We discussed in chat that we would speak at a specific time and date but they never called me. I have not heard of them in a week. Not a word. They reminded me why I stopped dealing with agencies. So unprofessional.
