T	Tony Gritts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed, when tracking my package it shows as arrived to this DHL location and it's still there 11 days now I've tried to contact both the supplier and DHL but no one can tell me where my parcel is even with the supplied local DHL tracking number? This is a nightmare!! Horrible service

Please save your self time and use another company. My brother's shipment is 23 days late and counting.
T	Tony Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL is easily the worst courier. Driver called and stated he will reattempt delivery the next day. I waited all day and nothing. Then found out the tracking number is marked as delivered.

They don’t have any ideas about what they’ve done to people’s business, there isn’t a single professional person working there and I barely see any improvement during this year to I had to contact to customer service hundreds of times just for delivering a parcel! DHL picked up and packed and shipped my package from Germany to Canada DHL office in less than 24 Hours but it took DHL Canada 3 Weeks to deliver it to my address in Toronto!! Yes 3 WEEKS! Everyday I had to call and they promised me that they will deliver it soon but that was nothing to do with reality... We missed our workshops due to this incident but they just don’t care ... Use UPS or Fedex instead they know how to work here in North America DHL should allow to deliver stuff only in Europe... Working with DHL, It was a nightmare for us.
W	Wais Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a shipment to India, cost me lots of time and effort and still the package hasn't cleared the delays. which could have been avoided if they had knowledgeable staff, or better computer system to give them red-flags. When called DHL and complained the spokesperson said "not to undermine our partners, but they are not trained and they don't use the same interface". The spokesperson for DHL keep saying not to undermine, but implying I should have used one of their own full stores to send urgent international deliveries. Because they are better trained, and better software which gives them notification to better serve clients.

I needed to send original important documents to India like birth certificate, marriage certificate; I was very sceptic of sending originals via courier. But DHL proved to be trustworthy, fast delivery with insurance cover within 5 days to India. This quality demands money and yes it was costly, but at the end of day, much better. Rather than saving few bucks I would recommend trying them for courier to India for confidential original document movement which are non replaceable.

O	Okbah Abdulkarim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with place for the last three years once a week as minimum for sending and receiving documents packages , I have to say that I am very satisfied and happy with the service of this location at 4936 Yonge St. in general and Ms. Monica in particular . Monica is very helpful and welcoming person. Always, smiling to the customers. She is professional and very cooperative. The stars go to Monica and the store . However , I think there is still a lot to be done by DHL as a service provider. DHL picks the packages once a day around 6 pm and deliver once at the same route . I would suggest they should have 2 rounds morning and evening . DHL also don’t operate during Weekends which is different from other countries and that cause a significant delay to the delivery . I also think DHL prices add very high but may be they need this to maintain the quality service standards. However , they should have some better prices and promotions for customers sending on weekly basis . My company have a contract with DH but still there is a room to improve on prices . As a positive comment on DHlL I have never lost a package with them ( it happened with Fedex ) I will post the pictures of the store in the next few days.
