β β β β β First of all, shout out to Harsh who helped me print out the business cards! ?? He was being very patient even though I had to change the design several times. Great guy with great customer service skills!!
And the reason I can only leave one star (Iβd gave 0 if I can), is because of Shivam, who ROLLED HIS EYES to me several times while I was trying to explain the conversation I had on the phone with one of his coworkers. The attitude he gave me was EXTREMELY RUDE , and itβs unbelievable that you treat your customers like this??? How did you even get this job Shivam??

β β β β β Printed 16 pages, both sides. $6. And then they charge $1 PER PAGE TO SCAN! I just paid $25 to print and scan 16 pages. I could've gone to the public library and scanned the pages for free.
Edit: The service associate only informed me about the printing and service charge. He didn't tell me how much it is to scan. I should have asked, that's on me. Still one star for the scanning page price. Go here for printing, go to the public library for scanning.

β β β β β Tried visiting this store a few times in the past but each time I've had a so so experience. The charge to use the computers is quite pricey and the service here takes a bit too long. Store is organized though and clean

β β β β β I went to store for some of my documents to be printed and for scanning as well. I was not aware on how to select legal size paper. Hence, I printed on letter size paper. Employees there didn't charge me for my mistake and as well as guide me through. Very kind and helpful staff I must say. I would definitely recommend this store for printing services.

β β β β β This place is good for printing. Scanning is $1/ page! And the scan quality is not the best. I checked in my phone but could not confirm the actual quality until I got back home and saw that the very expensive scan I did really looks choppy. A total waste. Do not scan in there!
Edit: Thank you for the response. I was not made aware of the scan price and I would have refused or chose to scan only a few pages instead of a whole deck. I wasn't even made aware if self-service or an associate helping me would be different price. I am very capable of operating a scanner but as soon as I asked how does one go about scanning in the shop, the associate went ahead and scanned them for me. No communication on price or anything. It didn't make any sense to me that there is such a huge discrepancy between printing and scanning prices.
But I will contact the store as I'm not satisfied with the pages and ended up taking photos to send it to wherever I had to.

β β β β β Amazing experience. The staff there is very polite and helped me to get my scanning done. I got to know more about the type of papers. Really loved the service and would definitely recommend this place rather than going to library for printing and getting stuck with the process. Also this place is cost effective when compared to UPS.

β β β β β Impressive shop! I entered a PC mod competition and I had no clue how to print my designs. They advised me from photoshop setup to material selection and the results turned out fantastic! Up close the printed vinyl looks better than pages in a magazine.
