P	Psyche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why they can't just calculate import fees to pay in advance, when you're buying stuff online. I hate this company so much. Sick of paying $20-70 more for import, unpredictably, it's so nasty.
h	hailey Xie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USE USPS NEXT TIME. $13 in 'import fees' (actually DHL brokerage fees) and $17 dollars on clearance for $20 dollars worth of books. It took them 3 minutes to clear said books. What a joke. Notice that the reviews on google map are either overwhelmingly positive (5 stars and, most likely, paid for or fake reviews) or overwhelmingly negative. I know its expensive to live in Canada but when you have to pay 65% import tax, and the shipping charges are almost DOUBLE of what the price of the product is, it doesn't take an idiot to see that this company is obviously RIPPING YOU OFF.

UPS store #18 Yonge and Wedgewood, my drop off was for DHL, no issues with that, young lady was very professional.. Thank you, nice to see in our time of confusion.
A	Ahyoung Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipped a mobile phone back to Peru and it was the receiver's own mobile I was sending back to. I wrote down the merchandise value as its resale value on the Internet as I wanted to get insured for that amount just in case it gets lost. No one in the store has advised me that any thing over $80 will be subjected to taxes at Peruvian Custom. It would have been great if DHL could let me know this information before I wrote down the merchandise value. Now, I'm subjected to pay $180 taxes for the receiver in Peru on top of $160 I have paid to send the shipment. Lot of money for returning the phone. Isn't it? I chose DHL over Canada Post because I thought it was faster and safer choice. Nightmare. Will never use DHL service again.
H	Hailey M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT use DHL they are not trustworthy, the delivery man said he attempted delivery but just stuck a note saying I wasn’t home when my FAMILY AND I have bin home for the past WEEK(S) due to the fact of COVID-19? Can you explain the fact he would rather write a note then knock on the door? Now I have to chase down my package. Nice work!
S	Sean Cowan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not specific to this location, but rather the entire DHL corporation as a whole. This is without doubt the utterly slowest courier service that exists anywhere on the face of this Earth. If you thought CanadaPost was bad, think again.

Have bought products through an american website for years and never was once charged duties or import taxes on any shipments (over $200 in value btw), and now since they changed to dhl I get charged $40 in duties, are you kidding me. DHL is ran by criminals there is no other explanation, never ever ship through them both times I have had something shipped I have gotten absolutely screwed in duties sometimes even being charged more then the original value of the product. I hate DHL and wish there company only the worst in life.
u	ups 18 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This DHL retail location is our fav, They are very responsive , knowledgeable and professional. Never had any issues sending or dropping off my International DHL package in this location. Staff are very helpful and know exactly what they are doing.
