N	Norine Imey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give Zero Stars, I would. What a huge disappointment. I needed to send a letter-sized envelope to Ontario for delivery as soon as possible (1-2 days). The person behind the counter charged me over $17.00, and today I check the tracking number and I see that they sent the small, flat letter envelope as a REGULAR PARCEL, which means it won't arrive in Ontario until 12 days after drop-off. I could have saved $16.00 and sent it regular post, but I needed the tracking #. They need better training for their counter staff to know how to provide the services properly.
C	Chance Peirson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an issue here and I use it all the time to receive amazon parcels I don't want delivered to the house (Because porch pirates) or to send things back to whence they came, wither it be an amazon order, junk Telus pvr boxes or old shaw modems. they process the order without hassle. I've even sent a desk back from here. I wound up here after another post office couldn't file my Telus equipment when I went back to shaw. Telus doesn't give you a waybill or anything but the guy here knew what do. Top that off they are open past 5:30 unlike the post office downtown it's a major convenience since I work in the city. Yeah, there not the fastest but I mean have you ever been to a post office and been like "WOW THEY ARE SO FAST!"...I never have.
