★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out for their 2 for 14.99 western combos. The burgers and fries werent good, but Olivias service was the best. She double checked our drink order to ensure accuracy. She asked if we would like a drink tray before trying to hand us 4 individual drinks. And overall was just amazing and friendly to deal with. Based on her service alone, I recommend this place.
Step your burger quality up.
Edit: Cheyenne made the whole thing better and shes responsible for Olivias excellent training. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond slow service. Waited 10 min in drive thru to order with only 1 vehicle in front. Backed out and drove around to front door. Phoned...person who answered said "Hello" did not say companies name. Not friendly at all. Decided not to order and left. Will not return.

The menu has many different options for burgers that I'm sure I will try one at some point. Yet their Big Carl burger is simply so good that I haven't deviated from it yet.
Their customer service is almost as good as their burgers, as they are always very enthusiastic, expedient, and very friendly! They make you feel like a guest and will guide you to some great options. They even drew a kitty cat on my Skip the Dishes order!
Overall, you can't go wrong with Carl's Jr in Spruce Grove, as they will be a better value than other options (in both price and quality!) My only complaint is that there aren't more locations around here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appearance of the store is beautiful. But the floor is untidy during the time we came in. Only one table occupied. The cashier is doing the cleaning of the floor after we are being served...the food is delicious. Service is fast. But missing of condiments. Ketchup they have one squeeze bottled. I think that is not enough. But I will definitely recommend this place because food is really delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Carl Jr. We used the coupons they mailed out. I must say I had the Boss Burger w fries and pop. I loved the burger it was just the right size for me. I love the fact that they used chopped up sweet onion rather than the strong onions so may burger places use. I loved that it wasn't loaded with lettuce tomato etc.. the mayo the dressing or sauce was nice and sweet. The fries were not to salty and the pop was delicious. I also like the fact they use d paper type straws. The charbroiled burger was so delicious. Not greasy like so many burger places were. All in all I look forward to my next meal from Carl Jr and will recommend it to my family and friends
