β β β β β Awful. After 15 years of banking with Servus, I am finally taking my money elsewhere. Terrible staff at the Spruce Grove location, constantly trying to get you to sign up for stuff you don't need, and some are downright incompetent. And I certainly do NOT like being left without access to my money for any reason whatsoever. I have literally been STRANDED for days because of this poor example of a financial institution. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

β β β β β Up until now I would have given Servus 3-4 stars but today they called and advised they are raising interest rates on overdraft protection from a whopping 14% to an outrageous 19%. Let me get this straight, prime rate has been steady or dropping over the last year, the BOC just dropped prime to 0.75% to assist during this time of COVID and depressed oil prices, the government announced aid packages, everyone is chipping in, and Servus moved to ensure continued profits. Hats off to Servus. Now I know they are a bank and as much as banks have flowery ads how much they love us, they don't. Today I rate them one star but in fairness to their overall service over the years, I guess two stars is an accurate long term rating.

β β β β β They are good in the store. But this new card they gave me to use, (that I didn't want ask or for) is going to distroy them. If they don't take action NOW. Half the places i go to my card fails to work, And 2 months of this. And nothing is done about it. Totally disfunctional.

The phone system does not function effectively and was unable to leave a message.

Nobody calls back no matter how many messages are left.
If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough.

β β β β β Incredibly slow to accommodate me in my banking needs. They sent a wire transfer to the wrong account and have repeatedly told me that it will be fixed but the problem still persists after 2 weeks. The Manager (Charles) can't be bothered to reply to emails requesting simple information regarding this transaction. I am going to be changing banks shortly and would never recommend Servus for anything.

β β β β β By far the worst experience of my life. Called in repeatedly for a week trying to book in appointment. No answer, no call back, nothing! Went in person and they lied to my face saying they must have the wrong number. Except I was leaving voicemails on there machine with my number.
Finally get booked in to close an account. 2 months later canβt get ahold of anyone it suppose to be a closed account and they keep pulling money every week. Been calling weekly! We are officially moving to another bank.
