J	J Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Tried to open a trading account which after a year they tell me they tried to contact me and closed the application. No emails in my inbox, and they didn't bother to call me. Save your time and go to TD or literally any other bank.

Spent 40 minutes in line to be told that they can't do what i ask and would need to book an appointment. Waited 45 min on line to try and book an appointment only to be cut off. Time to move everything to a bank that is in the 21st century.
C	Carter Masterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayla and her team was an incredibly huge help at the Branch. Dealing with Scotia’s Auto-Loan department was extremely difficult. Kayla and the tellers who assisted me were first class and I strongly recommend going to the Spruce Grove branch for assistance.

Their ATM stole my cash deposit and told me "Something went wrong" Manager claims it's not his problem - they can launch an investigation. NOT good enough. They refuse to open the machine which told me that my deposit is being held for security. Leave your money in your car, it's safer than their ATM machine.
R	Raph A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tl;Dr Ignore the 1 star reviews, everyone at this branch is wonderful, kind and professional. I've been at this bank for quite some time now and I've never once had a bad experience here. Sometimes I might have to wait in line but it's always worth the wait. All of the tellers are an absolute delight, I've had extremely positive interactions with Persephone, Judy, Kayla and Sarah and they've never shown me the slightest bit of attitude or lack of professionalism. I don't normally leave reviews but i felt bad for this place seeing all the stupid 1 star reviews. Will absolutely recommend the branch to all friends and family and will continue to come here for years to come. Keep up the great work!!!! :)

I switched banks and my transfers for RRSP and RESP still aren’t complete! It’s now February! Cannot wait for this mess to end so I never have to deal with this institution again. Stay away! Far far away!
P	Parker Livingston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not any issue with this branch specifically, however, calling Scotiabank customer service has been THE SINGLE WORST ever experience I have had with customer service in my entire life. After spending over 3 hours on hold, Talking to 3 different people for a minute at a time in between the egregiously long hold, the third rep, WHO THE SECOND REP TOLD ME WAS THE MASTERCARD DEPARTMENT, transferred me once again to the "Mastercard department. After I got transferred for the fourth time in 3 hours, the call was ended abruptly and when I call back the customer service desk was closed. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of care and waste of 3 hours of my time with no resolution in sight. My card has been compromised and has been used for a purchase for the value of $130. Scotiabank clearly does not care about their customers happiness or time.
