lovely staff, lovely experience every time :) Callum, Winter, Eden and Asia are all incredibly friendly and will put a smile on your face as well as make sure your drink is to your satisfaction the line can be a bit of a wait on busy days but I’m always looking forward to seeing the staff so I don’t ever mind

This place was okay. When I first walked in, I was noticed in the empty Starbucks by five employees sets of eyes but then was ignored while they worked on the drive through. I wasn’t a priority and I felt it. The interior was dark and dreary and not friendly or welcoming. They could use some light colours in there for sure. Although they were covid friendly they parking situation and location isn’t that ideal for customers. Overall not a great first impression.

Went to this location twice today & both times put a smile on my face. Drive thru was quick & barista EDEN made it even better. Always a smile on her face. Second visit & again greeted by two super barista’s, ETHAN & ERICA. Love that they take a minute to connect with their customers. Well I just learned I can’t post another review, so I want to add……. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ These people brighten my day EVERY single time. If you catch them on an off order, don’t be harsh in judging. They are someone’s child & I think every parent of these awesome Starbucks barista should be very proud. Eden, Winter, Callum, Asia, Alysha, Erica, Mason, Jay, Jaeda, Kaitlyn & Ethan.

Worst experience ever!! Went through the drive thru. My boyfriend ordered a caramel Frappuccino as well as a puppuccinno. I ordered a white hot chocolate Frappuccino. Get to the window waiting 10 minutes at the window for our drinks. The caramel frappe was right but when I got mine they gave me a white mocha frappe. So I told the guy it’s wrong and told him my order again. Waiting another 10 minutes for him to fix my drink to get a HOT white hot chocolate with coffee. Not even close to what I wanted. Told the guy he got it wrong again but drove off cause we were there for 20 minutes for 2 simple drinks and a cup of whip cream. I’m pregnant so very very unhappy

Went on April 30, 2022, at 1:00 pm. My husband had just had the coffee of his life the day prior while out with a friend, but couldn't remember the name, so said "please get that ice cold oat coffee for us, you won't regret it". I asked the girl at the til if they had such a drink - an ice cold brew with oat. She said "no. The only thing oat related is a regular coffee and we use oatmilk instead of regular milk/cream." So I ended up ordering something else that was not enjoyable for us at all. Waste of money. I get back in the vehicle and my husband looked up their menu and found the drink. An "Ice toasted Vanilla OAT espresso". Perhaps I should have done this before hand, but we had confidence that the staff would know their own menu! Hire people that know the menu and don't make me feel stupid for asking for something that the shop clearly offers.

Brutal. I have had past experiences that have been similar but this one took the cake. Went in with my daughter for her birthday. She wanted a secret menu drink. I was told to use the app. Just like that. Because it was for my kid I spent almost 5 minutes trying to get my login figured out and the app wouldn't work. She watched as I struggled with any offer to take the order that I was already in store for. Absolutely terrible customer service. And overpriced as it already is, I spent my money elsewhere.

Keeps getting worse. This is why I go to perk for drinks now. I get a cappuccino from startbucks and my venti is literally half full of foam. Anywhere else it is 3/4 or more full. What a giant rip off.

Service was quick fort walk-in traffic even though their drive thru was busy. The staff were polite and friendly. My coffee wasn't perfect hence the 4 stars (I like it really hot 180F) however it wasn't enough for me to ask for another one.
