β β β β β So during the pandemic the stuff knocked customer service out of the park. I loved everything about their service. Every staff member was knowledgeable. They provided not only a quick how to, but care instructions as well. And they always spend the extra time explaining everything in a hyper-detailed manner. This is now my go to spot in Toronto and should be yours to.

β β β β β They are vey rude when it comes to their so called "exchange" policy. The exchange is usually a previous customer return and they will force you to accept it. They are mean and never want to follow through their own exchange policies. I strongly advise to keep away from this store.

β β β β β They have the best prices. I bought my camera here, but after you buy they're camera they're very unhelpful and dismissive. Before I bought the camera I asked them if I could call them regarding questions, since one employee has the same camera as me, they insisted I could. However, when I ocassionally do call and ask for advice after excercising my other options they say google it, YouTube it, 'have you tried google maps?'(when asking about the manufacturer's location)--before I even complete my sentence. It's dismissive and not how I'd talk to my customers. I also feel like they strongly encouraged me to buy a camera that doesn't meet my needs, disappointed.

β β β β β I recently just purchased a Nikon D7500 from this store, my dream camera. The camera is everything I could ask for. They have competitive pricing and will not be beat in prices. Be sure to call in and ask for what you are looking for, you won't be disappointed. Steve was very knowledgeable in cameras.

β β β β β Used to love coming here to get my 35mm film developed however I believe just recently theyβve increased their prices (an extra $4 per roll) and now itβs one of the more expensive places that I know of that develops and scans film. Their amazing prices and turn around time was good while it lasted βΉοΈ

β β β β β The only old man with fat tummy who's very rude and totally out of dated. He's not so ready to share his knowledge, but would rather to look at how much you have left at your wallet. When there are lot of choices in the market, I don't see why we need to go there for shipping.
