โ โ โ โ โ The bubble tea is too sweat even I asked less sugar but still acceptable. However service is surprisingly bad. The young lady sitting behind the glass obviously hate her job.

Get ready for an unforgettable experience of taste, smell, and sight ?? chewy tapioca that fights back, tasty fresh mangos chopped in the back, and freshly brewed tea made to order, they have it all and it's delicious.
Will definitely be coming here again both for the slushie and for that eye candy of a worker ?

โ โ โ โ โ The bubble tea at this location is better than most Presto teas I've been to. The quality if fresher and the service is fast. If you're looking for a bubble tea shop at Pacific Mall to drink while you walk around, check this place out

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give negative stars I would. Service was atrocious and the drinks tasted so fake (like plastic with sugar and food colouring) that we had to throw them all out. I asked the lady for smalls and she made all mediums and charged me for them. I was very clear that I wanted smalls and and she even confirmed it with me, but when I saw that they were mediums I realized she had also charged me for mediums which is so shady. We had to wait so long for our drinks and had the kids with me going crazy that I didnโt bother to argue, but after going home and tasting the drinks I threw them all out. Even my kids, who are not picky about their sugary drinks, spat the drink out and said they tasted terrible. With all of the other options in the mall, please avoid this place if you donโt want to get ripped off and want to actually enjoy your drink.

โ โ โ โ โ I particularly mentioned that I want a tea without sugar. But somehow itโs still too sweet and the drink tastes very fake. I believe they use fake powders instead of the real tea leaves. If this is the case, Itโs too expensive for a fake tea.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing find...Found my new favourite: Fresh Mango Coconut Slush with Red Beans!!! This has everything I like: mango, red beans, coconut (milk); however, it was missing one favourite ingredient--grass jelly. I asked if it's possible to add grass jelly and ?.
Their red beans were not excessively sweet?and the mango pieces were ripe and sweet.
I ordered the small one, which was still big for me. Checked the calories (posted on the menu board): 960 calories without grass jelly!!
Super tasty but definitely a once-in-a-while self-indulgence treat???
