★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete scammers. If you can't get the item in your hand before you pay for it, don't pay for it. I was promised gift boxes, which were on an off-site storage, and therefore paid for it. When I came to collect, they indicated that they didn't have any more and could not order more like they promised. Spent over an hour trying to convince me to purchase a different set, all while the sales associate was sending voice notes to her boss indicating my disappointment. The sales associate was completely unable to speak for me and suggested I call her boss, Tammy, and speak to her myself. She proceeded to give me her cell phone number and said that I would have to talk to her since she wasn't answering any messages.
