Limited selection, as expected. I'm not mad at this.
Online customer service was quick, but could have been more professional. Delivered on the experience. Within the time frame promised and for a reasonable price. Will definitely shop with the Staff at Solestop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of shoes online, they didn’t fit. I contacted Sole Stop and they mentioned I can return for store credit only. I mailed them back and cannot get someone to respond to me regarding my store credit or how to redeem. Complete loss of $$$$. If you can buy online from any other store…. Do that to avoid losing money and massive disappointment in humanity.

I purchased two pair of New Balance shoes at size 8.5. The sizes ran small, and I bring back to store to exchange them, however they don't have another size for the same shoes. However, for different NB shoes, it turns out 8.5 is perfect to me. I think the two shoes on Sale are "defect" grade of NB shoes.
The store is refused to refund while exchange bigger size not available.
I would not buy from them ever again. Because once you use the coupon code they sent you, it forfeits your refund rights!!!!
