★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. If they could fix the people who plays with their phone while in a movie, that would make everyone’s life a little better. And one of the screens in this place has some dirt on it. I’ve added it to my customer reviews from this place many times. Guess no one reads them. But oh well, it’s better than Scarborough Town Centre one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movie experience was good as usual but the Dining portion was pathetic. I even brought it to the attention of the Manager that we waited 17 min to get our drinks, which we had to go to the bar ourselves and retrieve...his comment - "Oh, we're busy". Only half the tables were occupied and there were no less than 3 to 5 staff behind the bar including the Manager. You pay a healthy premium for the VIP Cinemas, I expect better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been year since we went for family movie and we were watching Sonic the hedgehog 2. My whole family enjoyed the movie. Super relaxing and great choice of snacks @ the out take stand and we all enjoy playing at the games room. But it add up when you do a family activity??? look like lots of great show for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food service was a tad slow. Wish they would allow entry into the assigned seats 30+ minutes earlier to settle in, order food, and eat before movie starts. By the time we got seated and finally waved a staff member down to take our order, it took another 15 minutes for the food and drinks to arrive. Staff should carry extra utensils and napkins on their person. Some staff members provided better, professional service than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the new Batman movie. The theater seating is comfortable and the sound quality is good. We sat at the very last row so there was no one on either side of us. Just the two seats in front had people.
The staff who took our food order was friendly. Food arrived fairly quickly. The food is not worth the price.
We ordered:
Medium popcorn-very salty
virgin pina colada-tasted awful
chicken bites-dry
calamari-best one out of what we ordered. The batter was crispy but I’ve had better
Because it had been sooo long (>2years) since we’ve been to Markham VIP, Date night was still enjoyable. Just wish the food was better given the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a movie first time since the pandemic! The theater is very clean, service was good as usual, however they closed down the ticketing booth, so if you need to redeem your gift or coupon you'll have to go thru the popcorn ? line... kinda funny! Don't know if they changed the vip seats, a bit stiff. For a 3 hours long movie I would hope the seating would be more comfortable, we all came out with a back pain afterward...
