K	Katy Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this location on a Friday lunch. It wasn't busy. The lady at the cashier is very attentive and detail in explaining the teas so the line was a little bit slow. She gave us a sample first and then introduce the tea so each customer took at least a few minutes. I suggest to do the tea sample separately so the line can go faster. We ordered two Royal No. 9 and an Iron Goddess. We were a little bit disappointed with Royal No. 9 as we felt it's a bit water down compare to other locations that we have tried. We all three felt the same way unfortunately. The Iron Goddess ordered by my friend was good though. The interior is a nice industrial style with wood furniture complemented by exposed brick wall and tree. The whole atmosphere is very relax. The location is convenient at Midland and Finch so I guess I will come here more often.

I messed them about the dog collars and they were so kind and reserved two for me to pick up the next day. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Can't recommend this place enough! :))

If you’re looking to try out a new bbt spot, this is it! Would recommend the Passionfruit Green Tea and Deerioca if you’re looking for a sweeter drink!

Perhaps it was because she couldnt hear me through the mask, but the attitude I recieved was not only sensed by me but also by my family member that doesnt speak fluent english. I asked if she can help me reload my account (the app) here, and she tell me it can be done by her or I can go through the app. When I said I wanted to recharge my account at the venue, she sort of gave me a look of dissatisfaction, and overall her tone was relatively rude. Later when I went to pay, she questioned whether I wanted to use my app to pay or simply just to use it for points. Confused, I asked if she can repeat what she meant, and she sounded annoyed again for me to ask her. Overall, maybe it was just how she talks, but it definitely came off as abrupt, and not a way I would like to be served. Their drinks were decent at this location, not my favourite Alley in terms of flavour. Tapioca was nice with texture as it waschewy and Iron goddess has nice flavour with a good amount of milk mixed in. The Deerioca with brown sugar and fresh milk was overly sweet compared to the other bbt places that serves this drink. Overall the drinks will be worth a 3.5 but the service really made the experience unpleasant. Given that theres so many options in this plaza, I'm unsure if I would come back to this Alley the next time.
K	Kristin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying the crunchy milk tea series, and I got the cocoa milk tea. It was surprisingly good, tasting just like cocoa (but cold. So like chocolate milk I guess?) but of course the crispy bits on top got soggy after a while and it was kinda gross. This is my go-to alley location but a few days ago they had a mishap with their register and ended up double-charging my friend, and they said the same thing happened earlier that day to someone else too. We had to return to the alley to get a refund/ended up just getting another drink. It was a bit annoying so I think they should figure out whatever's going on with that

I said I can drink like that and I always order in other stores without any problem. The employees said they cannot do that. It have to be warm or ice. Why I have to drink warm? I need normal temperature as I drink it. I rarely give 2 stars for any store before but this place.
H	Henry L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature Royal No. 9 milk tea taste amazing! It’s pleasant with a fruity berry aftertaste. Don’t like sugary drinks myself so i went with less sugar and the sweetness is just right for me. Definitely a must try!
