โ โ โ โ โ I first came here in 2017 to do a craft with my daughter and today I went back with my son to do the same craft. The owner is welcoming and knowledgeable - she engaged my baby and I in conversation the whole time and we all had some great laughs together! Now I have 2 keepsakes I will get to keep forever!

โ โ โ โ โ We enjoyed ourselves at Crock-a-doodle in Spruce Grove.
The staff were friendly and mostly helpful.
The only issues we had were the only two staff members were more interested in their cell phones and discussing posting to Instagram rather than asking us if we needed any help. As We had never been there before, we would have loved to have know what to do.
My daughter and I picked up two items and the staff finally spoke to us. After we painted our items, we were left wondering what to do next. I asked them to explain what happens next.
While we were waiting for our items to dry, we wandered around and noticed a lot more items to paint in the Birthday/ Party room. My daughter would loved to have had other options as she wanted to paint some mermaids, which we saw in the birthday room and werenโt offered in the front of the store.
Despite the bad start, we enjoyed ourselves and our items came out great.
I found the prices of the items to paint were high as well.

โ โ โ โ โ We have held a birthday party there and subsequently have been back to have a girls date here a few times. They are so friendly and helpful and willing to offer help/advise on any paint colors or patterns.

โ โ โ โ โ I took my daughter here for a special 5th birthday outing. We had such a lovely time that I completely forgot to take photos! When we go back to pick up our things, I'll take photos. :-)
I made a reservation earlier in the week, just to be safe, and they were very quick to reply and confirm, which I really appreciated. They didn't leave me hanging.
When we arrived, there were a few other ladies there finishing up, but they left just as we started, and then it was just my daughter and me (and two employees) the entire time. My daughter tends to be pretty shy and quiet in new situations, so this environment was perfect for her.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed more or new paint, it was very easy to catch their attention to request that. So even though they were chatty with each other, they were still attentive, something which improves an experience. They were very complimentary and encouraging to my daughter too.
I will definitely be returning to Crock A Doodle with my other children and with friends.
