They know you and talk to you. They go the extra mile when it come to outstanding customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are just too good to ever think about going elsewhere. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy doesn't deserve 1 star. I called to ask a general question- how does one get Champix at no cost in Alberta? I was told I would need a prescription because I wasn't "their" client. That wasn't answering the question, but I realized I wouldn't be shopping at this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm long overdue for leaving these fine folks a review! I used to use Superstore pharmacy while shopping but always found the turnaround time really lacking. Finished shopping and waiting another 30 min minimum to get Rx filled. Or call it in for a renewal days out and still seem to be waiting at the finish line. My doctor now sends over orders to these folks directly and they always call me promptly to let me know my order has been picked. Even with walk-in, I've never had to kill more than 10-15 minutes at the very most. Staff is always super happy, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. I haven't been able to stump them with any questions yet. Seriously, give these folks a try if you haven't. This is what a pharmacy experience should be!
