★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give 0 but I cant. Really bad experience. I was told to come back 15 mins to pick up prescription. I siting in the car wait for 30 mins thinking about to give them little longer time and once I come back, I was waiting there for another 30 mins since they are not even prepare my medicine at all , and there is no one ahead of me for waiting. Staff working are packing the box slowly , staring computer. Really waste ppl’s time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is already generous. 1) Customer service here is non existence. 2) They do not accept web coupon 3) people at Canada Post doesn't want to help you 4) pharmacy does not want to acknowledge you 5) pharmacist is a joke as he doesn't know what he is talking about. Should have just paid my friend the consulting fee (Went with a pharmacist friend who explained it to me in 2min)
