★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my doctor of 30 years because I wanted a female doctor. My doctor is now Dr. Dara Abells. She is personable, intelligent and thorough. She is amazing at following through with her word.
Regarding the Receptionist's, I think their work ethic is excellent. They've always treated me with respect and kindness.
When I call, I rarely get a live voice either, but they always call me back within a few hours (sometimes quicker).
Clearly, my experience with this medical office has been vastly different, than it has been with most of the other people writing reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctors at this location. My doctor is so attentive, he remembers details about my life. The front desk service can be improved though. For example, when you call, you will NEVER get through. NEVER. Its better to email them as they will respond promptly. I've sat in the waiting room for 30-45min on each of my visits and I observed that the staff are NOT busy taking calls. Therefore, it is difficult to understand why their reception service is non-existent even if you call in the morning. Save yourself the frustration of the 100,111 calls and send them an email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I’d recommend this office to a friend. I agree with other comments below, it can be challenging to get a hold of this office when you are not face to face. I think they do their best and have always been polite, but it seems like more administrative staff would help them be more prompt to respond. They have improved the system by allowing us to book appointments by email.
That said, I have been happy with the doctors I’ve seen—they have been kind, compassionate and good listeners. I have felt they have gone out of their way to provide excellent medical care. For the most part, appointments happened at the scheduled time. I greatly appreciated they had a lab and walk-in for patients of the clinic. I also appreciated that there is an ultrasound clinic right upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is my personal Clinic I personally love it. It's super easy to make a same-day appointment if you happen to be taken on as a patient. The other day I was concerned about my appendix my personal doctor was not in and within 30 minutes of me calling them I was able to schedule appointment with another doctor in the office. You don't have a family doctor I highly recommend you consider this Clinic they will treat you right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not going to lie they have good doctors here but if you have a chance to see them. I have been trying to speak with my doctor for a year I got no phone call back I got no messages. They don’t even bother themselves to talk about my test result even though I left hundreds of voice messages. You can only reach a doctor if they want to speak with you if you’re dying you should call 911 but if you’re slowly dying it’s better if you die. That’s the attitude you can get from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Dr. Orli Goldberg has been very good. I find Dr. Goldberg to listen well and provide smart, insightful treatments and referrals. Unlike other medical professionals, Dr. Goldberg respects my time. When my appointment is scheduled for 10am, Dr. Goldberg starts the appointment at 10am. When Dr. Goldberg assistant schedule a call for 1:45pm, Dr. Goldberg calls me at 10:45. Outstanding all round
