Brush Floss & Smile

My first experience with them and it was really good. I have been with Dr Kara and Sylvia so far. Very happy with my treatments done with Brush Floss & Smile, they are all highly skilled and very professional. They take good care of you right from the receptionist. I would highly recommend!

The team is amazing. Can not recommend them highly enough. My son came out of his first appointment declaring them "Best dentist EVAR!" Really accommodating of my fear of dentists. Just all round brilliant.

Best dentist i’ve ever been. Always pleasant staff and on schedule never left waiting. All of the hygienists are very friendly and sweet and delicately handed which makes the visit very pleasant ! x

This was my fourth visit to this dentist. I have been sceptical since the beginning but it is so close to where I live I was hoping it would work for me. This visit was a cleaning. They hygienist seemed to be in a big hurry, when polishing the teeth she was doing it at lighting speed and missed doing several teeth. She told me that one of my cavities that the dentist had done did not bond properly and I would have to make an appointment with the dentist! In four visits the dentist did not once come to inspect my teeth after my appointment. It would make sense if the hygienist saw what she thought was a problem, she would call the dentist in to take a look at it. Instead she tells me I need to make an appointment for the dentist to look at it. When I was leaving the receptionist was pressing me to make an appointment re the filling and also my next cleaning. She asked me if I can come on August 3 for my cleaning. I said it is way too far ahead for me to answer that question. I will call when the time is nearer so I know my availability. She said OK that's fine. I get an e mail the next day asking me to review my experience and telling me that my next appointment is on August fifteenth ! What part of, I will book it myself closer to the date do you NOT understand? Prior to going to this dentist I had the same dentist for 25 years, she always came in after ANY appointment to say hello and inspect my teeth for two minutes. It made you feel welcome and showed that she cared about your well being. Not at this place. Having a hygienist tell a patient that a filling needs to be fixed and not seeing a dentist after a cleaning is all wrong in my opinion. I will unfortunately be driving to Mississauga for my dental work in the future.

Always spotless, state of the art equipment, Shauna and her team always on top of every detail and request. Understanding and listen to your needs, especially in these delicate times, is their priority! Our entire family have been going for years and years. The front staff always professional, friendly and very helpful in trying to find the right appointment for your needs. Have always highly recommended Brush Floss & Smile !

I'm very happy to have found Brush, Floss, Smile. I wanted a dentist close to my home so proximity was the top criteria but, incidentally, I found a clinic where I feel comfortable and cared for. Dr Gollan is excellent: kind, precise, and no-nonsense. The whole team is caring and friendly. I also got a whitening procedure there and was delighted with the results. A special thanks to them for taking my father (who's not even a patient) as a walk-in one day when he had a dental emergency.

Dr. Friedman and staff are extremely talented caring. We have been visiting them since 2020 and follow up care and have never been made to feel like a number. Works closely with patient to find a solution that they are comfortable with. Very personalized care . I would 100% recommend Dr. Friedman and her staff and did so to my family who also shares my opinion.

It’s not like I enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Shauna Friedman and the staff at BF&S make the experience more pleasant then can be expected. Patients are treated with respect and familiarity which makes the experience significantly more comfortable. From reception on the atmosphere is friendly and caring. I highly recommend BF&S.
