J	Jon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was diagnosed with Epilepsy a few years ago and was referred to the Neurology Centre of Toronto by my family physician. This is when I started to see Dr. Evan Lewis to start my treatment. My family physician only refers me to the best specialists possible and I am very happy that she referred me here. Dr. Lewis was really understanding of my situation and provided me with multiple options when it came to my medication (we had a few issues at first). His physician assistant Kevin Le has also been helping me throughout this process. He’s been great too. He answers all my questions without any issues or hesitations. The office manager/operations manager Nicole is great as well. I have been a patient here for a little over two years and when I called her recently for some help, she remembered who I was. This made me feel so special the fact that she remembered who I was. She is so kind and patient. She's awesome. I really like the entire team here and I haven’t had a bad experience. I would rate my experience as 11/10.

From the Doctors to the Therapists to the Admin staff, they are true professionals. Dr Jiang and Vanessa have been so caring and patient, helping me through my health issues. Thank you to the entire team!

My emails have been ignored, appointments dates changed without notification, and I've been given incorrect information about testing requests. The health workers that helped me were perfect but it is an actual mission to get to them.

Nicole and Kayla are very knowledgeable and can offer advise to many inquiries as well as arrange for appointments with the relevant specialist. The Centre also offer physiotherapy by Vanessa who is an expert with sport injuries and TBI (traumatic brain injuries). She was the in-house physiotherapist to a Premier League club in London, UK prior to returning to Canada. They also have acupuncture specialist. The Centre specializes in neurological needs and brain injuries. As well, they are affiliated with the Kibdercare pediatric clinic on the 3rd floor and can offer an holistic approach to childrens' neurological needs and rwgular pediatric care. There is plenty of street parking as well as a city Green Parking lot (behind the TD bank across the street.

I refresh, use different browsers and connections and yet, no matter what, I never even get the opportunity to try and register before the day is full. They have ignored all my attempts of contact, be it via emails or phone calls. Would not recommend to anyone.

The care and professionalism we've been shown by the neurologists and the administrative staff has been phenomenal. The administration team headed by Nicole, is extremely responsive and kind. Dr. Johnson addressed all of our concerns with tremendous respect and we trust him implicitly. I owe them all a debt of gratitude for the care and patience they've shown us over the years.
