★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appt today with Dr.Safinia. First the technician Randy did some nerve tests. Then I saw Dr. Safinia who did a thorough examination. She asked a battery of questions relating to my current health issues. She gave me her diagnosis, exercises and a prescription to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with the secretary of this center left a disgusting impression (October 6, 2021 between 10 and 11 am). I asked to see received a letter from my family doctor and have to wait for an answer almost all day. She said she got it. I asked if I could speak with Dr. Safinia's secretary to schedule an appointment with the doctor on an acceptable day. She told me to call back the next day, because Dr. Safiinia's secretary will be there tomorrow morning. I call back and the same voice says that this is the secretary of Dr. Safinia. It was unpleasant to hear. I introduced myself and asked if it was possible to determine an acceptable date for the meeting with the doctor. To this I received the answer that it is necessary to check whether your letter from the family doctor came to our office. I said that you informed me yesterday that the letter was received. The answer was: I have to check, because hundreds of faxes come from people like you and I don't remember all of them. I was very disappointed with this answer and told her about it. The secretary did not listen to me. She interrupted often. The conversation did not work out. I hung up and realized that I would never call this center again.
Therefore, I bet less than one.
And I would advise the management to find a good secretary who will adequately represent the neurological center. Who knows how to talk to people and treat them with respect and love.
