After the shot, I felt a bit dizzy and they immediately helped me and offered me sweets and water to get better. Overall great experience! Many thanks to the staff.
n	nima arjmand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not recommend, zero costumer service and bad attitude, PIROOZ EMAMI such unprofessional staff without having face mask walking around. I book an appointment Monday DECEMBER 13 for Wednesday DECEMBER 15 for my mother first dose of vaccine, and I faced the very bad judgment from PIROZ EMAMI, the main reason I book appointment in this pharmacy is because they are very close to where I live and second is they speak Farsi so is easy for my mother to communicate with them and PIROZ EMAMI have told me to not worry about anything he told me sooner your mom got here we will taking care of everything, so today my mother went there and they refused to vaccinate her because she was not able to speak English and fill up the forms ( he told me not to worry they will take care of her) So I called the pharmacy to talk to him and ask why he is refusing to give service to his client and he just hang up the phone on me , I had to drive 1hour from where I work to go to pharmacy soon I got there and fill up her forms he raised his voice and told me to get the f out of his clinic because his own the place he can do what he wish to and kicked me out. I strongly not recommend this place people have right to know who they given business to. P.S I was reading health Ontario guidelines and couldn’t find anything that says they can refuse to vaccinate the people who can’t speak English, or asking extra cash for vaccinating the people who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents Such a racist.
