★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently received my 65+ Flu shot at SDM Sheppard Centre. The lady that administer the vaccine was professional and pleasant even though she was quite busy.
Last week I was helping my wife to book a PCR Test for Travel. She paid $150 online to Life Labs and was waiting for an email from Shoppers Sheppard Centre to set up an appointment. Because of the time urgency, I went to Shoppers to try to book for an appointment in person. There were a few people waiting outside of Room B. When I saw a young lady (staff member, looked 18 or 19 years old).delivering some documents to Room B, I stopped her and told her what I wanted. She explained to me that I had received an order number from Life Labs, but I need to go to Shoppers website to get a confirmation number. She was very patient taking me step by step when I tried to go through the process on my iPhone clumsily. She stayed with me for over 15 minutes until I booked my appointment. I was truly impressed with how nice she was in helping her customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the Shoppers experience at this location. This is a high throughput store with lots of selection. The pharmacy section in particular is well staffed resulting in fast turnaround despite the large number of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the manager here. He seemed to be a pretty cool guy. Ever since the Reno there’s a whole lot more here. But if you’re looking for electronics it’s pretty much the only thing they don’t have. There’s an expanded beauty boutique as well as pretty much everything else you’d expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best Shoppers Drug Mart! It has a grocery section, the regular pharmacy and self care stuff. They have a lot of variety of in all their sections. The charming part of this branch is that it carries a lot of cosmetic brands!! From Makeup Revolution, Essence, Catrice, Bourjois Pixi and many many more (pictures are attached) . Their Beauty Boutique has a lot of designer brands as well. Overall experience has always been positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude stocking guy. I asked him politely where the sleeping aids are. He said "what ! Without even looking. I asked again he said aisle 5 without lifting his head. Buddy if you don't like your job just quit. I'm not coming back to this shoppers any more.
It's a good thing the pharmacist told me where it was and at least she was nice.

I also had a bad experience with the Heidi woman today on January 12, 2022 around 2:30 pm.
The moment I walked into the store her younger assistant was giving me this strange stare like she was trying to bewitch me or something. Literally 20 seconds later they both teleported out of the beauty boutique and were pretending to film or take photos of me. I say pretend because the whole thing seemed so fake.
She made this weak threat saying I wasn't allowed to take photos. This was a lie and you ARE allowed to take photograph or film anything in Shoppers, especially if you find something suspicious, like this woman.
Aside from being It was also strange that she referred to me as "young lady" ? I'm in my late 20's and look very gender-neutral. Her whole act was a waste of time because I wasn't even bothering. I don't walk into DRUG shops and give them my precious money so I can be energetically harassed.
If you want to salvage what's left of your reputation stop treating customers like bags of dirt. I read a lot of reviews for this location. I didn't even realize they treat everybody like this, because for whatever strange reason they make you feel like it's just you.
What was the point of embarrassing herself like this?
