We moved into the neighborhood last year and Dynasty Pharmacy has become our most reliable local business especially during Covid. Immunizations, prescriptions and travel antigen testing all within walking distance with outstanding personal service. That is why we support local businesses!

January 7th, 2022 I came here to get the third dose of vaccine at about 4 pm. Just wait in line for check-in, and it took around 10 minutes to finish everything. Very efficient!

I approached Dynasty Pharm due to the closure of our previous pharm. Turned out this is the best one! My daughter has a complex medical condition with many meds and dosage change (Sickkids is kind of her second home). This pharm saves me a lot of time.

I went there today for the first time , it was closing time, I told them I can not come back tomorrow ( they had to make the medication) doctor stayed for me and made my medication. Also the price was perfect . Thanks for your kindness and good service

Terrible service. Went this place for a PCR test and the pharmacist shoved both of my nostrils with same Nasopharyngeal swab so very violently. Ever since, I've had constant nose bleeds for next 4 days in both of the nostrils that he swabbed. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be a part of their unprofessional and insecure services.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING COVID PCR TEST WITH THEM, AVOID AT ALL COST - I was trying to book a PCR test with them for a flight on May 24 evening. I went to talk to them 3 months prior, asking them what the procedures are. They reassured me that no booking is required, as I can just simply show up on the day before to get the test done, and have the results back next day. I clearly told me the exact day and time of the flight and when I needed the test. They said no problem, May 24 flight, just come on May 23 to get the test done. I again asked them just 3 weeks prior, to confirm that I can just show up on May 23 to get my test done for May 24 flight, and again they said no problem, albeit in a more dismissive manner as if I was being too thorough. Long and behold, I just called them today (3 days prior), and they said they are closed on May 23 due to Victoria Day. I said that I've confirmed with you twice in the past with the exact day and time, and now you are telling me you can't do the test on May 23? They just replied "Oh I forgot it was a holiday." I understand that mistakes can happen, that's why I have a habit of confirming things over and over again to ensure every bit of details are clear for both parties. Despite confirming with them twice, they didn't even bother to take a quick peek to see if May 23 was an actual available date for them to do the test. It may not matter to you, but it's imperative for those who are travelling to get these tests done in a timely manner. It's unfortunate since we live very close to this pharmacy, but I will make sure to tell all my friends, families and neighbours to avoid coming here for anything at all cost, as the sheer irresponsibility and lack of care to their prospective customers are astounding. If they can't even give me confidence to get a simple PCR test right, how can I trust them with anything else?

Rude. I wanted to have my COVID vaccination and another test in one shot since it is the closest clinic to my place. So I was asking if they perform the test I wanted to do. The guy who picked up the phone call said no and mentioned another doctor's name that I did not hear clearly. So I asked, "Could you repeat the reference? Sorry I didn't hear you clearly." He sighed and repeated the contact information (I DO really appreciated that, even if it was not the best attitude). Then I said thank you so much!! The person just hung up directly. I don't know how such an attitude can have a 4.4 google score. First time ever for me to give a bad google review. Response to your reply: Canada is such a diverse country, especially in trt. Not everyone is born here and supposed to know everything, especially health-related information that we don't meet every day. So I was not sure if these kinds of services go together or not. I am sorry that I did not know that the pharmacy in Canada does not do TB tests. Also, I called yesterday to ask about vaccination, and that is why I called again before I go today, because I want to get all of them done together. So thus, directly calling it a lie, I think it is inappropriate.
