★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a visit to the store yesterday I noticed that they do not provide Hand sanitizer customers at the entrance. This is during the worse phase of Covid-19 in the city. Not only irresponsible but it goes against the rules for retailers providing critical services for our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my prescription filled,had to wait ,no problem, the pharmacy staff is amazing 5stars. But the store part has alot to learn when comes to treating customers right.. I wondered through the store picked up nail polish ,eyeliner and something else ,while waiting for my Prescription. Would you believe a security guard followed me in the store,and kept showing up on aisles while I shopped ,very uneasy feelings ?. I am 59 years old ,dressed ? and have given lots of $ business for both prescription and miscellaneous. So Picked up the prescription, very pricey and paid the other items.. pharmacy person .held up each item high as though to show a security person,to claim Yes she has brought them here to buy...at one point she said do you want me to put them in a bag ? Put them in my purse. What a extremely poor experience, they were always very strange management, staff always changed. But management, very poor job. I work in customers relations for a large Telecommunications Company..this actually not even a one star even 1 star ..no customer respect..Rexall fix the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been more than a year since Pandemic started. The checkout set-up is horrible. There is no counter space; the staff hand you bags and you are literally expected to bag all your items on the floor, bend down and up! This is not sanitary and really uncomfortable.
Please show some respect and care about your customers. It's such a bad experience to shop more than one item. Shopping at dollar store with self-checkout machine is by far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hd a prescription today. There was only one young woman in pharmacy which didn't care about long waiting line (5 to 6 persons) talking with phone.
She was not customer friendly.
I do not recommend this branch at least for filling your prescription.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1, because at least she responded my question. When I asked: "Is it closed?"
She said: "No" then she left again to continue her talking with phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient Rexall location. It’s situated in the Hullmark Centre and accessible from the street as well as the building. I’d say this is more of a medium size Rexall so don’t expect it to have everything you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll give it 0 star if I could. The pharmacist Jesse was too busy with putting her stuffs in place versus getting customer the proscription that it’s already ready for pick up. Also, my address is not correct on my receipt. I can’t image if anything get send to the wrong address what will happen. This place need better management.
