Always polite, punctual and on top of their game. Mr Jaffer despite being young professional is quite talented lawyer. He sees what is important for a client and fights for it until it gets done. Ms Separy might come off little harsh at times, but again that is what makes her so great in that court room: no nonsense, no waisted time and no sugar coating. Separy team is very knowledgeable, client oriented, and well respected in court room.

Because of our Public need this Law Firm ! Resident of Ontario need this law firm . Especially Fellow single parents you need this law firm !
All parents who is dealing with Custody case they need to know about Separy Law !
My case was super complicated because of case was coming from other province !
I contact with Separy Law the Office Manager was so clear and neat , she send me first all paper work and consent etc . Then book me for consultation . I thank the Office Manager , she was so polite and so welcoming !
Then step two : During the Consultation I explain everything to the Separy Law !
Ms.Solmaz was so prompt and also very clear about her answer ! I never feel any GREY zone ! I got all my answer !
Separy Law filled and obtained for me custody !
I am great full and thankful to that great law firm .
I am a full time single parents & working full time plus covid 19 I have very very limited time ! The Separy law during my that case transition period they handle my case exceptionally ! Ms.Solmaz is very easy to communicate , I never ever encounter a lawyer like that ! She was welcoming and warm and confident ! I have great RESPECT to her and her hardwork and her entire efforts for my case !
I am writing this review because I really want to public and all parents needs to know Separy Law & Ms.Solmaz this company working best of your interest bigtime !

They assisted me from start to finish with every single detail of my family court case. They were easy to talk to, nurturing, and supportive. I would like to thank my law clerk Jolene Dixon, my lawyer Katie Gaboury, and Christopher Rio-Mortel from the bottom of my heart. Family court matters are hard on everyone! But having the right firm in your corner makes all the difference. I would recommend Separy Law to anyone who really just wants to find resolve in their family issues with people who truly care.

Additionally, timing could not have been worse with Covid which made evaluation of the house, business property, overseas investments etc. more complicated than necessary. I consider myself extremely lucky to find Separy Law to represent me. They are knowledgeable and experienced and they got me what I deserved after 2 years of negotiation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katie Gaboury from Separy Law was absolutely amazing. Her and all the staff that I communicated with were very helpful and easy to talk to.
Katie helped me with my nasty separation, she wasn’t pushy or difficult, she provided me with the best Legal advice and that allowed me to find my confidence. Separation is hard, even more when we have kids involved! I felt that Katie was fair and understanding when it came to them. I hear horror stories of lawyers/parents fighting aggressively and completely forgetting the main thing, THE KIDS!
She helped us come up with a proper parenting plan, child support that was fair and she was great in emergency situations.
Hands down, Best experience that I could ask for.

Full of worry that I may not receive the same quality of care but that couldn't have been further from the truth. My counsel, Adam Jaffer made me feel at ease within moments of that first call and his commitment to my case never wavered. Adam knows his craft well and continuously went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. With his help, as well as the assistance of the wonderful law clerk, Ms. Jolene Dixon, we were able to obtain every single order sought without exception! Their hard work, knowledge and diligence should be commended. I am eternally grateful to the Separy Law team and cannot thank them enough.
