★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the pharmacy since it’s close to home. This pharmacy always charges me excess fee for my medications unlike shoppers etc. I have full coverage from two insurances yet they always tell me that I don’t know my own coverage.. then why do no other pharmacies charge me anything?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady working this canada post is so rude and irresponsible. Worst service experience I have ever got.
Unbelievable she kept saying: I don't know, I am not gonna do, it's your problems, I only wanna speak one of you two and much worse things.
And it's the first time be asked to provide business card to prove who I am and my company after showed id, website, map, bank card and all things I have. Just wait for `I don't care'.
If Canada Post still care about business, should interview they employees. She deserves for the dismissal.
When experienced, you will know how kind the words I used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The pharmacist asked me to wait for 30 minutes to prepare my prescription which is normally 10-15 minutes. I didn’t complain and wait but after more than 30 minutes she said we don’t have your medicine and you should go to another pharmacy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A standalone Rexall location with it's own small albeit free parking on busy Sheppard Avenue. The store is large but somewhat lacking in completeness of certain products. Customer service is pretty good though with staff that are engaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very slow, I waited 40min today for a simple prescription. Also a few years ago, they had misplaced a shingle booster vaccine which they claimed I had already picked up. They had to investigate…and after a few phone calls back and forth, finally accepted that they had made a mistake, but no apologies for the inconvenience. They don’t care if you have been a loyal customer for over 20yrs, and don’t care about good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when ordering through Uber here. They will change your order by removing items if you use promo codes and force you to pay full delivery fees for a single item. Almost had to pay $4 for a 99 cent toothpaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am positively convinced that the lady behind the pharmacy counter deliberately complicates something as simple as a routine prescription pick up just to make the line wait even longer. Some people are sadists like that. Feel sorry for those waiting in line for a vaccine. They are so slow on their booster appointments that the parking lot gets jammed and many people park wherever they want blocking other people in.
