★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an anti aging facial with Nicole Gravel. She gave a wonderful treatment and knows the product line extremely well. When it was over she gave me a "spascriptive" which is basically a perscription for what products I should be considering in home care. She didn't try to sell me, it was a very smart and effective way to tell me about the spa's products for sale. I highly recommend this spa.

I had my facial and massage done here. They were both phenomenal. Would definitely recommend!!

My massage by Donald was incredible.
The staff is extremely professional and welcoming.
Everything was extreme clean and so beautifully decorated.
Every small detail was well though of.
P.s try their cocktails, probably one of the best ones I had in awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to this salon for about 2 years. I have had 3 stylists and finally found Runa who is FABULOUS!! She has done my hair several times (partial highlights, cut and style) and I have always been happy. I can't recommend Runa enough! She takes the time with me to determine the exact look I'm looking for and she has nailed it every time! I have a lot or hair and it is quite long in length so it takes extra time which she makes sure is booked for me. I don't feel rushed. She is very understanding of my chronic help limitations and is very compassionate and accommodating of them. The salon itself is sleek and modern, not too loud and clean. They have a beverage and food menu if you are there for 3.5 hrs as I am! exceptional place and experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time getting a fancy facial. My Hydrafacial experience was great, my face felt very clean and smooth after. I love the machines. Overall experience was great, clean place, reception hung my coat, polite staff. I like that my esthetician recommended other treatments without making it too sales oriented. only thing I would change is I probably will ask not to use latex gloves next time, the facial was lovely just my face smelt like latex after. I already recommended this place to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences at Rain Spa have been miles above par. Back in October I arranged with them to have a Bridal Party there. Every step of the way, I was accommodated. Options were presented to me, arrangements couldn't have been easier and the service ultimately was exactly what you would want from an upscale salon and spa. Professional, courteous, friendly and highly skilled- everyone in my party was impressed that such a high-class gem exists north of downtown Toronto. I recently had another treatment done, and though my gift card from 2016 seemed so old it was out of their system, they honoured it anyway. Angela was amazing, applying great pressure and targeted every aching point on my feet. Michelle was easy to work with from October (answering all my multitudes of questions) all the way to this recent appointment. I thank her for going the extra mile for my group and for me personally. And to everyone there that Sunday whose names I've long forgotten, thank you all too! Rain Medi Spa is a beautiful getaway in our own backyard!
