If you call, you're put on hold for so long. There is nothing called as "appointment" because you will be waiting there for really long regardless. On average you have to spend at least 1.5 hours to do the smallest of tasks (like get a prescription). The staff is rude as well. I don't even know if a good clinic exists but this is definitely one of the crappiest. Don't go. Just don't.

I normally don't do reviews, but I have to say Ida in Wing 9 West - sorry if I spelled your name wrong. The BEST NURSE I have ever come across and an amazing person. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make her patients feel cared for and she made sure my dad felt safe as he suffers from the onset of dementia and also doesn't speak or understand much English. Thank you Ida !

The Ellesmere Health Centre has a friendly and efficient staff who are welcoming and there to answer your questions. immediately. Dr. Anuradha Khanna has been a very responsive person and listens to your concerns carefully. Recently I had been to her and sought her kind referral to a specialist. It was a very difficult time for me. She understood my issue and was there to support me and the referral was sent. I got the appointment in due time and am thoroughly thankful for her timeliness. I recommend her Health Centre and Dr Khanna. Every time in the past too, she has been very helpful and recommended good solutions. Thank You.

Went in on 2 different occasions to see the walk in for my 11 month old and 4 year old. Both were given perscriptions that were not filled out properly with the dosages. Pharmacy had to call doctor to find out actual dosage. Once given the "proper" dosage, child still wasn't feeling well, took them to my pediatrician during the week and he told me they gave a dosage too low. Clearly the doctors here are either rushing ( which couldn't have been the case as that day i was the ONLY person there) or they are just capable of treating children.

This clinic is absolutely horrible. No accountability, not reliable whatsoever to provide consistent care to sick patients. Doesn't even deserve one star. I was sick in bed, called the clinic to get a doctor's note and was told that walk-in hours closed at 4pm. I stopped by at 2pm and found signs in the clinic that read "Walk-in closed". Despite this, the clinic remained open, two receptionists were there who explained that "there is no doctor, he left at 1pm". Ummm, excuse me???? I dragged my sick self out of bed just to get a doctor's note, and you're telling me there is no doctor or NP here?!?! Total waste of my time and effort. Way to make someone who is sick, feel worse. Unfortunately this is not my first negative experience with this clinic posting "closed" signs despite their published clinic hours saying otherwise. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! They lie about wait times. I've called ahead on 4 seperate occasions and they say half an hour wait. It only takes me 10 minutes to get there from my house, when I arrive the place is packed and the wait time was 2 and a half hrs. The doctors are rude and rush you in and out. I brought my daughter recently and saw one of the female doctors who was quick to send us on our way saying it will pass on its own. And it only got worst. The next day we drove to the Albany clinic where she was diagnosed with whooping cough and prescribed antibiotics. I WILL NEVER COME TO CLINIC AGAIN.

I brought my 4 yr old daughter in to the walkin clinic last week. the clinic opens at 10 so we got there early and got her registered so that she could be seen at 10. The doctor, her first name was Anuradha, only showed up at 10:40. She didn't even acknowledge the fact that she was so late. i mean, i think that's common courtesy especially when you have sick patients waiting and depending on you. later in the room, the doctor did a throat swab test on my daughter. this made my daughter gag and then vomit some of her fluid out. the doctor freaked out and left the room. she didn't come back in until the nurse and i cleaned up the vomit. she was absolutely disrespectful to the nurse. people that are so insensitive like this should not be doctors. the nurses though were very friendly and caring. if it wasn't for the nurses, i would have probably walked out.

Literally the WORST walk in clinic I've seen. 1) Dr. Khanna is garbage at their job. Not only because of the condescending tone and lack of any caring behavior. But also because she 'forgot' to sign the referral sheet to get the ultrasound we needed. 2) They don't pick up any phone calls... 3) Long wait times, but that's expected. 4) The replacement doctor was perfectly nice, but also forgot to complete 1 out of 2 pieces of their paperwork that completely messed us up. We had to make 3 doctor's visits and 3 ultrasound visits when both should've been done in 1 shot. Terrible place. Avoid if you can. For another local walk-in, go the the Centenary after-hours clinic.
