He has some allergies that Joanne researched for possibility of reaction to vaccine. We were very confident with him getting the vaccine.

The owner and pharmacist, Joanna, exudes a sense of confidence, knowledge, experience that is very reassuring and comforting. She appears to be up to date on the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical world, which lends credibility to her recommendations and advise. Her staff are experienced, courteous and professional. Whenever I approach the counter they greet me by my name which confirms the level of customer service skills and training they have.
