★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service!!! With curbside pick-up you would think they would be more patient especially since you can't directly look and shop! I called to verify that my order was correct and they were so rude about it! I will never shop here again!! Why have people who are disrespectful talk to customers? So unprofessional!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here All the time because it's convenient but unfortunately I made the mistake of asking a question to a woman working in the back wig section of the store and she let me know it was an absolute inconvenience for me to speak to her or to answer my question. Very disappointed in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and clean store with plenty of hair and beauty supplies at reasonable price. Was able to find hair care products that are hard to find elsewhere. Staff was a bit cold when asking for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received such amazing customer service today when picking up items from this Beauty Collection location. Fast and helpful. The girl at the front was super nice! The Clore right next to them had horrible customer service, not knowledgeable about products and got my whole order wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM SCAM SCAM these ppl are disguisting!!!! Bought my boyfriend a $129.00 shaver. Got in the car and tried to use it and it doesn't work. Didn't even drive off, I went right back into the store and they refused to give me a refund. The guys exact words were " did we force you to buy it?" So disrespectful, especially since I've spent hundreds of dollars in this store. They have no consumer ethics. Ppl work hard for their money. These ppl are SCAMS GO ELSEWHERE. I will NEVER be going back. Hope $129.00 was worth losing a lifetime customer. Just dusguisting. If I could give no stars, I would!!!!!!
