All the staff members have a positive attitude towards to work environment and towards the guest whom come into and out the store. As many know it is a very large store but we all do the VERY best we can to help in anyway. The atmosphere is light and refreshing, a welcoming place to go. I just want to say thank you to the team for teaching me and thank you to all the customers I have already helped and have given positive feed back. Hope to see you at your next visit =)

I really appreciated the help by one of the employees. She wasn't trying to selling the most expensive products but rather help me find the best ones for my hair type and condition. She really took the time to go thru the benefits and limits of the products I was interested in and suggested others that I ended up buying and trying afterwards and really are good for my hair. She prevented me from buying a bunch of stuff I would probably not use. So thumbs up for Cloré especially at this location. #HairParadise

She not only suggest the right wig for me but also how to maintain it . She also suggest accessories that would go well with the wig . She have excellent customer service skills

They don't blare music like other stores. The staff is phenomenal ?? my favorite is Candice ?. She's so sweet. I buy all my hair products and hair supplies here. ☺ During lockdown they had a seamless process for purchasing products but now I have returned to in Store shopping. Owners are very kind as well ?

The things are easy to find with a nice layout . I had to return some products , and the customer representative was really good about that . They only do store credit but the process was good
