I was refered to Hajjy & Sons by my best man who wore their suit for his wedding as will and I didn't look back . From start to finish Hajjy & Sons and their expert Tailors accompany you with deciding on the finest fabrics from England and Italy only, best colours and the most minute details of your suit , ensuring a thoroughly 'tailored' experience for the customer. No detail or advice on the shade, best fabric for the temperature or the cut is spared so that the suit blends naturally with the look or occasion you're having it made for. I would recommend Hajjy & Sons to anybody looking for a high quality suit for a special occasion and who wants to be sure to get it right !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off 19 shirts and blouses for mainly pressing as they were primarily an assortment of cottons and linens but he said they had to be cleaned as well , despite him saying that the ladie's blouses would be more than what he quoted me on the phone.
He assumed they were all men's shirts. We agreed on .50 more for the ladies blouses even though I wasn't asked what kind of shirts they were initially.
Apparently he has been in business for over 20 years so you would think he know what to ask.
When I got them back they were horrible.
They looked like they were rushed through with no attention to the details like not pressing the sleeves or under armpits,, plaquets and tucking details were wrinkled, ruffles weren't even attempted, collars wrinkled. caps of armholes wrinkled...not crisp and professional looking.
I can do a way better job but was hoping to give my shoulders a break.
All of them had to be retouched before I would show them to customers.
I see his glowing reviews seem to be for his bespoke menswear service more than cleaning .
He said he wold take them back and do them again but my time is valuable to keep running back and forth.
He wasn't interested in customer retention.
After 20 years in business I would have hoped at the very least he could press pretty well anything that came his way and if he couldn't, tell me before leaving them. The items were all clean but just needed pressing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely thrilled with my new 3PC Suit.The material feels and breathes much better than I could have hoped and the fit is instantly (and noticeably) superior to all of my other suits that i own.
This was my first piece of bespoke clothing but the value for the quality makes this purchase absolutely worthwhile. I will definitely be a returning customer and would encourage anyone interested to at least explore the options and service that Hajjy & Sons can provide.
There were so many optional details that I had never considered but it was great to have the Hajjy & Sons staff available to share their expertise or provide examples to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hajjy & Sons is a 5 star establishment and my husband and I are very tough graders. We purchased a suit, sport coat and 8 shirts. The fit on all is perfection! These guys are actual bespoke tailors and the tailor is very, very skilled. The customer service, the fabric selection the attention to detail were all perfect and they went above and beyond our expectations. The price is well worth the custom bespoke garment you receive and are much better then other tailors in Toronto. We will be a repeat customer and I tell everyone to go to Hajjy & Sons if they want a real Custom Made Suit and the best Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic job on my Bespoke Suit and I fricking love it. Basir at Hajjy & Sons, helped me create a one of a kind bespoke suit. They had a whole variety of luxury fabrics and he took time to understand what I was looking for and details took my measurements and all my customization details that I wanted. The price was reasonable and service was exceptional.
I came in for a trial fitting of my suit in 4 weeks and Basir and the master tailor Hajjy made the adjustments to my suit so it would fit my body perfectly.
I received a call after 2 weeks to let me know that my suit was ready, came with my buddy to try it on and it fit like a glove. Absolutely great, fast and reliable service.
I had another suit made before by garrison and wasn't good but the attention to detail that Hajjy and Sons paid attention to my suit was more then I expected. I just bought my 2nd suit yesterday from them and I recommend everyone to them if you want a REAL CUSTOM MADE SUIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Hajjy&Sons by accident and before that I was usually a customer of big labels which I started to dislike more and more.l: plenty of my money goes into ads and not into the product. Hajjy&Sons is different and luckily so.
The products are from Italy, they use Italian fabrics, too.Secondly, their approach leads to less waste as they make garments bespoke.
I had so far two custom bespoke suits, three shirts and three ties made by them. The first try of each garment required some modifications and the customer support is really helpful and motivated. They aim at a happy customer and it seems they are willing to invest in the customer relationship a lot.
The products are all exceptional, especially considered their prices. A three piece suit custom bespoke suit and a high end fabric for roughly $2800. None of the big labels cannot compete with this.
A special treat are their ties. I am absolutely in love with their choice of patterns and fabrics.
But what sets Hajjy&Sons apart from the rest of the fashion world I know so far, is their customer support. They respond -although often with some delay - in a friendly, personal way. They have recently taken that to a new level with their virtual consultation using a video call. This is simply amazing. Next time, I make sure I have a shot of espresso next to me during the call and it will be almost as cool as visiting them in Italy.
Shabir & Basir also responded on some chat messages I sent late in the evening. What a dedication and I really have the impression that the Hajjy&Sons management does not forget their staff.
So, I am convinced to return again and again to them.

The entire experience was not only easy, but fun for both my husband and I! Hajjy & Basir made us feel like more of a friend than a client. He walked us through every detail and went above and beyond our needs/expectations. He was extremely punctual and always available to chat. This is the only place I will ever recommend to anyone looking for a custom suit. The quality of my husbands suit is truly extraordinary. The fit is impeccable. We have already bought one more suit from Hajjy & Sons and we plan on purchasing many more. Highly Recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I chose Hajjy & Sons for his custom bespoke wedding suit. From the first consultation we felt total confidence in Basir and his team. With such a range of fabrics to choose from it was a great help to have his expertise guiding us. Once he had helped my husband settle on the fabric, he took us through the choices of lining and every detail from lapels to buttons. He was generous with his time and made the whole process a pleasure. The first fitting showed a few minor alterations were needed and these were done to perfection. Basir and Hajjy were really good at staying in touch and keeping me informed of progress. I really felt that he wanted my husbands suit to be perfect for our special day. Definitely will be coming to get more suits for my husband!
