★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh and Juicy Burger, Fresh Fries and their funnel cake is just awesome. Nice and Clean Sitting arrangement, Friendly staff. Best for Lunch or Dinner or takeout if you in rush. PS I just love their utility. Highly Recommended Burger Place.

Although a little pricey, you definitely get a worthy meal to satisfy your hunger.
Juicy Lucy is the right burger for 6oz patty, well seasoned, slightly pink very juicy as well as the fries, plus it's Halal. It's a messy eat but will fill you up. You can tell the beef patties are fresh 100%. PS: Must try poutine.
Looking forward to trying their chicken burgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best burger place in Toronto. The Utility burger is the specialty of this place. The best thing about the way the burgers are made is that the patties are crunchy and the buns are soft as well. Talking about the staff, I would definitely say that they are very friendly and co operative, especially the guy named Ilyas. I would most probably recommend this place to my friends, family and colleagues, and make sure that they visit this place. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest one of the best burgers I have had. Juicy Lucy the best burger. The workers are amazing, very amazing they guided me through everything. In conclusion amazing customer service everything in one place. I came at 5:30 and it was really busy but they still handled it amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burgers. They smell fabulous,patties are juicy and taste amazing. Size is good and I always buy it like deal of the day,so price is also good.Only catch is, it needs little bit more salt but with all the condiments it tastes really good. Onion rings are also very good but could have been cheaper. I will definitely try other items including their cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. Food is made quick, staff is very friendly, everything that I've had has been excellent! The menu has such a crazy variety. So far I've had the Machine Burger, fries, onion rings, milkshake, funnel cake, and the amazing Burger Factory Sauce. Everything is absolutely perfect! Easy 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have daily specials now that was really nice. Most of their burgers you can get for $5.99 now, except the Juicy Lucy. This time when we had the Juicy Lucy, we found it wasn't Juicy and the cheese was not melting/pouring out like it always does. The cheese was just in one spot, kinda disappointing.
The regular burgers we got tasted good. Juicy and tasty, we enjoyed them. We ordered a regular fries and the quantity was so much. The prices here are also very reasonable. I like that they sell funnel cakes too but at the end after adding ice cream and toppings the price comes out to just as much as an amusement park price.
Overall, I liked that everything was clean. Tables wiped. Staff were not really friendly but answered all our questions. Menu was good and prices were good. I would go back. Thanks
