T	Tracy Nesdoly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am trying to book an appointment with my doctor. The phone doesn't work - no operator, "exiting the system, goodbye" is all I can do. The online form doesn't work. The online prescription renewal form, now required cz they don't answer calls from pharmacies anymore, is buggy and hard to use, and I am unable to easily choose my own pharmacy and instead feel forced to use the one associated with the clinic. This feels like very poor customer care.
L	Lynn Giberson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is great IF you can get through to make an appt. Took over 2 weeks to get through to make an appt. another week wait, and then day b4 appt they called and deferred another week. Can’t get necessary thyroid meds refilled Receptionist not concerned.

They 'close' at random times which doesn't really matter because even when the voicemail says they're open they rarely pick up. After you get there it's a standard long wait like any other doctors office in the heart of Toronto but there's not much anyone can do about that.
K	Kacey Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally can never get through on the phone, and forget about doing anything else if you have an appointment that day because it is never on time, especially the "phone appointments" where they give you a range of time and you just have to hope you don't miss the call because if you do getting back in touch is insanely difficult. Submitted forms over a month ago and have gotten absolute silence from them.
J	Joey Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish my family doctor is practicing somewhere else - I am generally a healthy person and only need her once in a blue moon but when I need her, I need to be prepared to try over an hour (if it is my lucky day) just to get to a receptionist. Why can't the clinic put people in a queue like most normal places? Disconnecting and make patient call back with no known prospect to get through is really problematic.
