★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had liquid damage to my macbook and it required a keyboard and trackpad replacement. I had the best experience with Mr.IT as he opened up my laptop and showed me exactly what was wrong and walked me through the different options that can be done. Responsive time was very quick as I explained my emergent need for my laptop he was able to do so in a couple of hours. Very friendly and understanding guy!! I would highly recommend this place.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine, you are sure to feel like you are in good hands! Replaced my MacBook screen within 15 minutes for an unbeatable price right on site! I will for sure be coming back for future repairs and recommending anyone I know to visit him for his help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arash was the person who worked on my 2020 Macbook Pro. Did an excelent job. He replaced a screen with the original Apple screen for a decent price. We watched while he worked on the computer. Very friendly guy who explained exactly what he was doing to make you feel confident the repair was going to be done correctly. Feel confident to take your Macbook to this repair shop. Its worth the savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop screen was broken for over a year and I was devastated. So thankful Mr. IT came to help me fix it. Highly recommend anyone with a broken laptop to give Mr. IT a try, they are more efficient than apple and the price is more affordable as well. I also really appreciate that they were able to come fix it at my lobby because there was heavy rain! The process was super fast (less than 30min) and I finally got my laptop fixed!! really made my day :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was devastated to find my 2019 Macbook Pro's screen to be broken and unusable and after contacting apple, I was quoted for an absurd price of $900. I was skeptical of going to any third party repair shop because I did not want them to replace the beautiful OLED screen with an LCD but after someone referred me to Mr. IT, they fixed my laptop screen with an OLED screen straight from another new Macbook and fixed it in-front of me within 20 min compared to apple, which they would ask you to come in on another day to pick up the laptop, and they did it for half the price that apple quoted me for! The gentleman that was fixing my laptop was very very polite and professional. I enjoyed the conversation I had with him while he was fixing my laptop and I 100% recommend anyone that needs any repairs done on a Macbook to go to Mr.IT because they use the same apple parts as Genius Bar in the apple store but for a much much better price!!!

I have a problem with always damaging my laptop. This time the laptop simply wouldn't charge. I quickly figured I had to make a trip asap as my work requires me to have access to a laptop 24/7. At the same time, I was not prepared to pay top dollars or buy a new one.
I quickly looked around in the area and found Mr. IT. By far the best service ever! He was willing to stay over-time to have my laptop fixed so I can get it in time for work the next day. I'm super grateful to him and his cheerful manner. Never met someone so charismatic AND knowledgeable about computers.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have a wonderful experience with Mr It team.
I have the screen of my MacBook Pro with “bars” and I could hardly see from it.
Apparently I broke it were the screen fold and I haven’t noticed.
The best way is to call and book “a time” to meet with them, they don’t work with “an open door”. That way saves you time and they can have a better idea of what the problem is.
I call “Mr IT” and I have Arach looking to my computer right away on the same day.
In my case Arach brought a used screen with him to replace my broken screen that way I can calmly go home continue my day until the new screen arrives.
I was really grateful for this kindness quick help, specially because my work also depends on a computer.
Thank you Mr IT team. You did a great job.
