J	Joey Minta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a Doordash Delivery for Pizzaiolo Saturday March 12th. Staff was friendly and courteous. The Pizza was great and had order ready in great timing. Also provided complimentary cheese pizza slice which was delicious. Great staff and service and great pizza.

I always appreciate when someone makes the effort to fix things that have gone wrong. I have therefore added two stars. …..................... This was an odd experience. Always been happy with Pizzaiolo quality of pizza, but it's been a few years since we came to this location. Things are not the same... Saturday evening we had ordered and paid in advance online, and I came to pick up the pizzas at the indicated time. Behind the counter things were a bit chaotic to say the least. There were six people loudly arguing with each other, running in and out of the kitchen, where the argument got even louder. Masks were on and off while pizza boxes were opened, closed and rearranged. It seemed like there was serious confusion about who was doing what, and about what pizza should be matched up to what order Me and several others were patiently waiting while the scene unfolded. What looked like a lady doing deliveries went behind the counter - again without a mask - while the arguing continued. About 20 minutes after the indicated pick up time I eventually walked out of there with my pizzas. The taste was not what we remembered. Quality of ingredients is on par with Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova. Always remembered Pizzaiolo as a cut above, but that's clearly no longer the case - at least not at this location. Will not be back.

All the rest is excellent. Order ahead of time because it takes about 15-20 mins to make pizza which is the correct time. Reading reviews on this site is fun too. Many kens and Karen’s out there. Unfriendly staff? Haha…you go there to make friends? Pictures of pizza that was from another store? Because that isn’t from pizzaiolo. Delivery delays? Poor baby. That is why I never fully trust reviews.Too many losers complaining about trivials. Best Chain Pizza in Ontario…then pizza nova. Was fun to read all the first world problems we have in this life. Thanks for the comedy…

Their food is absolutely amazing and it tastes amazing, are customer service is always very good and they always make sure they give me what I want with the most fresh and topping. Everytime I order my pizza arrives so fast that its hot as if it has just come out the oven and right to my house. PLEASE PLEASE VISIT THIS PLACE YOU WILL LOVE IT!

I don’t usually eat the pizza crust of other brands but with Pizzaiolo is different, the crust is so light and tasty. The pizzas were made with really hood quality ingredients, the flavours were on point. The service was amazing, pizzas came out on time and the customer service was great! I will definitely come here more often!!
