L	Laineyyy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good. The katsu with cheese, I find it's just too much cheese with barely and meat. Aside from that, the food tastes super good! Update, Feb 25/22 Tried a new dish today and it was amazing! I got the Tteok Galbi Jang Sim and I was impressed! The service was great the staff are really nice!

We had the chicken soup, kimchi cheese pancake and soodae. The flavors were okay, nothing special. The portion is small for the price they charged. Overall it’s a mediocre place, food isn’t horrible but not outstanding as well. There’s a lot of other Korean restaurant in this area that is cheaper and better for sure.
G	Grace Jin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are huge fans of korean food and KoSam is one of our favourite new discoveries on our quest to eat through Yonge and Finch!! Their specialty is this ginseng cornish hen soup (samgyetang) and lordylord this is the main reason we’re definitely going back!! The broth is light and a bit herbally but still meaty and 100% ADDICTIVE. The hen is from a local farm in Orangeville - super tender, juicy, and delish, rly can taste the difference!! With chickeny sticky rice in the cavity and extra noodles on the side, this dish makes me feel healthy after eating a pound of fried chicken ? We also had soft tofu jjigae with beef and WOW just heavy weight champion punches of flavour. Tons of beef and veggies and a perfectly poached egg ?‍?? Also another amazing dish: fried chicken with anaheim peppers. The chicken was crispy and SOOO juicy, not oily at all. The peppers were equally as good, similar to shishito peppers, they’re only a bit spicy and pair sooo well with the chicken ? We also got the mung bean pancakes (bin dae tteok) which was meaty, but a bit dry (not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to be like?) It was still good, but just paled in comparison to everything else! Overall, a must return resto for us, highly recommend you make the trip down ?

The tofu soup with beef tasted watered down. The dishes looked visually appealing though. Food were pricy and they looked liked they were supposed to be tasty so there were some disappointments. Hope other dishes are better. The side dishes were also surprisingly subpar.

I tried the squid bowl (stone bowl) dish and the taste was very light and the soup that came with the meal was also tasteless. But they weren't shy with the amount of the squids in this dish and extra sauce helped to make it taste better!

However, the quantity is small compared to the price. The washroom was a little smelly but clean.... so, maybe they should place some air freshener!
