I went to a lot of computer shop they said they can’t help me recover my files from my hard drive. Luckily I saw Critical Data Recovery Lab Inc on google. Read the reviews which are all good and asked them to help me recover my files from my external hard drive and after a day they were able to recover it, so fast! I am very impress and glad that I am able to recover all my data/files. Thank you so much Ali! Highly recommended. :)

This HDD had data from 2018 onwards. I contacted Ali, he asked to come over. He listened to my concerns and data criticality. He spent 2 weeks trying various techniques and options even ordering parts, in order to replace damaged heads and components. Finally after 3 and half weeks he was able to retrieve majority of the data. Any other place would have charged me quite a bit, but Ali made a reasonable estimate. He even suggested how to keep data safe in future. I am very happy that I was able to get my data back. If you are in the market to recover your data, this place is very reliable.

My hard drive failed a couple of months ago and I tried everything possible to recover my data until I finally gave up and started looking for a lab that could do the job. There were many labs in the U.S. that were capable of doing the job but based on their negative customer reviews, I decided to go with CDR Lab in Canada which had a 5 star rating. I am so pleased that I chose this company. First of all their communication was excellent. I received updates from the moment they received the disk, sent the quote, commenced the data recovery and sent the new disk to my home. Their price was also reasonable. They were able to recover all my data and for that I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend this company.
