★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t had KFC in ages and stumbled upon this place. Boy it still disappoints. Ordered a 4 piece box and upon opening it, I was greeted with 4 offensively dinky pieces. A thigh of a cornish hen, a dry mangled breast and a dry mangled wing. The drumstick was the best part. Taste was KFC but the dryness was intolerable. The fries still have that old oil aftertaste. Service was ok but definitely understaffed. My money still goes to Popeyes and Church’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They take a ridiculously long time for orders, and don’t prepare the food properly. I’m pretty sure they cut things in half to sell them twice, and there is clearly a problem with their breading.
I ordered 2 famous chicken sandwiches, and after waiting 10 minutes, they told me they only had 1 ready and asked if I wanted a Big Crunch instead. I didn’t, but then the manager came out and actually tried to argue with me about it and saying the Big Crunch is better. With every other location, this would not be true, but considering what I got after waiting for 30 minutes, he might have been right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place no star. Worst KFC I ever been in. The staff member was moping the floor for 15min before taking our order pretending like she didn't know we were waiting to order while there were two other staff members in the back. Not sure if she took the time to wash her hands but goes to the back then comes to the front and wipes her forehead then takes our order and handled our food. After all that wait, they didn't have the combo I wanted to order. So disappointed at how staff handle the customers at this place. KFC pay attention to this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing KFC location. Haven’t ate KFC in years and went in to try the new famous chicken sandwich at the this location which is closest to me. I am shocked to see the rating of this location is so low.
The workers were close to ending their shift I went in 20 minutes before close at 10PM on Tuesday night.
Must say, seeing the workers cleaning and getting ready to end the day blew me away. All the crew members working tonight were actually doing more than required to keep the place super clean and safe especially during covid-19 times. I was so happy and felt safe purchasing from this location after witnessing the workers doing what they should.
A lot of restaurants claim to be doing thing to upkeep the place during covid, but I never saw a fast food place taking it seriously. So happy I went in tonight!
This is my new favourite KFC! and safe to say the sandwich I had was super fresh and tasted amazing! Easy five stars. Earned a old customer back!

I can see now from the earlier reviews this location over cooks or fry their chicken tenders twice, all of those from the bucket go to the garbage! I couldn’t eat any of those “tenders” it’s hard as a stone! I wish I’d checked it prior taking it home. Horrible experience.
I wouldn’t give any star to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but their head office has to be made aware. The chicken pieces are being cut in half and the breading tastes off. Must be missing some of those secret spices!
After coming home and opening the bucket, these are some of the pieces that were in there….so sad.
The gravy was also lumpy and off.
I tried calling about twenty times throughout the evening to speak with a manager but the phone was off the hook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! Just received my order half an hour late. Called the store and the worker was screaming at other workers??? Not sure what’s really going on there. Not really professional. The chicken is soggy and oily. NOT CRISPY!!. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this location.
